Clean and comfortable room in a great location, easily accessible from the airport and into central Lisbon. While my room was next to the main road, the glazing definitely keeps out the majority of the noise. Also smooth check in and check out processes and friendly staff manning the desk 24/7. Would stay again!

The location was good and staff were very nice. We faced the court yard so it was quiet at night. Our room was nicely cleaned daily. The bed and pillows were very comfy. I would suggest that a cork screw and wine glasses should be provided. We were told that it was against their policy so had to go to the desk if we wanted one. Other than that, it was wonderful A word of caution, if you book a room that sleeps three then you will get a room with three single beds.

The staff was great to help me during a difficult financial situation as my funds were running low so they agreed to only have me stay the one night I already paid for and they agreed to cancel for FREE my other 2 nights allowing me to book a cheap hostel down the block thus saving me Thank you staff
