This hotel is rated a 4 star hotel on some sites. I have listed what I consider my pros and cons of this hotel. Pros:Staff customer service is 5 star. The hotel is near the airport. The hotel is located in an area with restaurants, pharmacies & stores. Comfortable beds. Clean rooms. Cons: Small rooms and small shower. No real views of anything significant. Congested traffic in front of hotel. Limited street parking. Pictures of room do not look like actual room.

The hotel offers excellent value for money. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout the stay. The rooms facing the street provide a nice view of the city, which was a pleasant bonus. Transportation is convenient, with a metro station nearby and easy access to other parts of the city. The only downside is that the neighborhood does not feel particularly safe, especially during the evening and nighttime hours.

Unfortunately, there is no airport shuttle so we had to take an Uber. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The room is very small, it was somewhat clean at a glance but there are noticeable spots on the drapes/curtain and on the wall. The streets in that area are very old, garbage around outside just around. The area was "sketchy". I wouldn't recommend this.
