Room was clean and the hotel. Feel like staff upon arrival could tell you were to get breakfast in a morning and where they recommended out of the hotel. Hotel was just a base for us but wouldnt recommended if you couldnt walk 30 mins or more to better parts of lisbon.

Nice, newly remodeled hotel. Super friendly staff that was really accommodating when we checked in early. The neighborhood is kinda sketchy but it is safe and has hidden gems to eat

A lovely little hotel with well equipped rooms ( on the small side but very practical ) including iron & board and powerful hairdryer. Lovely friendly welcoming staff. Reception open 24hours. Convenient for city centre. Sadly lift was not working during our stay of 4nights but was not a problem for us, as didn't have any heavy luggage. We were more than happy with our stay and hope to return if back in Lisbon.

Room was lovely and clean if a little on the small side. Perfect for myself. Good TV variety if that’s your thing. Staff were polite and professional. A short walk from Intendente Metro station, and the famous tram 28 has a stop just outside. Area around it needs a bit of TLC, however, good restaurant and coffee shops close by. All in all a great hotel for a weekend break..

Very convenient location one block from tram and metro. Also very quiet. The room and bathroom were excellent, if a little small. Unfortunately the block on which the hotel is located is not well kept, but never felt unsafe. The hotel was recently renovated and was like new.

Room was spotless and comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful. The location was ideal with a metro station and a stop for tram 28 just around the corner. We did not eat at the Hotel so I can not comment on the breakfast. The hotel is only a 15 minute taxi ride from the airport. I would recommend to others for a short break.

A very clean and comfortable hotel, and although about 20 minutes walk from the bustling areas of Lisbon very conveniently served by the metro (Intendente station very close), popular tram 28, and the rest of the superb public transport network. The facilities in the room where what you'd expect - coffee machine, a safe, TV, ensuite shower room, mini-fridge - and as a solo traveller not wanting to spend hours in the hotel were ideal. Reception staff were extremely pleasant and helpful at all times.

The Hotel is in a great location. Very near the Metro Intendente gate. You are 15 mins by Metro from anywhere in Lisbon. Its back off the road so you don’t get road noise. House Keeping is excellent. I could nitpick about the room and the hotel but I am inclined to say it is just a little tired and needs a little care and attention.

The room is small but I think it's a typical size room with other hotels. The property is clean. The staff was very nice and it helped a lot that they spoke English. The location is decent. Its about a 3-4 mins walk to the Metro station, a 2 mins walk from Tram 28, and there are a few nice restaurants really close by like Ramiro (a must try). There is a free bottle of water in the room and free apples at the front desk.

Not safe if fire breakout in any of the upstairs units no opening of the one window in the room. No swimming pool at the hotel. Stayed for a month but wouldn't return because of the possibility of fire. Otherwise, great service, wifi, staff and only one block away from surrounding tourist activities.

Clean and modern rooms

Spotless cleaning. Double bed. Everything in the room was modern and clean. Not so much room for stuff but okay because of the double bed. Breakfast was 12 euros, didn’t use it because I wanted to eat outside (not cheaper). Disney tv. Soap and shampoo Rituals was included. Was peaceful to sleep (I wake up really easy). Three metro stops from Interdente to Baixa-Ciago where city center is. I would’ve want to stay there but the prices was triple times higher. So I guess metro trip is okay (under 2 euro / direction unless take a daypass. In metro is not any functional elevators and hundred unstable steps. So from the airport just take taxi or uber (+/- 10e). Friendly welcoming. Good wifi. Could leave my luggage before the flight.

The hotel is close to metro and also 3 stops to nain attractions in old city. Room was cozy. Bed was very comfortable. I booked twin bed even though was alone. Asked the receptionist to pushed bed together to make a double and the did without any issues. Only downside about my stay was the AC was not working making sleeping uncomfortable. They did offer a fan instead. I guess thats a plus. Enjoyed my stay.

We loved the hotel, nothing to complain about. Plenty of places to eat nearby. An easy walk to some of Lisbon’s main sights. The only downside is the area around the hotel is a bit run down and grubby. The taxi driver told us to be careful but actually we felt safe.
