My wife being gluten free was offered (with notice) a lovely gluten free baguette and cakes for breakfast along with the fruits, hams, cheese and eggs and on a morning she was unwell and unable to get to the restaurant, a breakfast picnic was provided for her. The waiter was extremely friendly and helpful.

Fantastic Hotel at a great location!

Great location! Spacious rooms and walkjdistance to excellent restaurants, Christmas markets and great shopping! I used the hotel recommendations for day trips and Tuck rides by Jahid Hasan and it was the decision I made. Private driver and entire days of sight seeing and fun! Highly recommend this hotel

Staff was extremely warm and welcoming. The nature of the building and the old hardwood floors make it pretty noisy when other guests are walking or running around but overall a very nice stay. Very large and beautiful rooms. Great location.

Great location, staff were amazing, always willing to help in any way. The only disappointment was the very slow breakfast service. My breakfast took 40 minutes - there was only one server and he was doing his best, but couldn't keep up with the demand.

AMAZING STAY in perfect location!

We absolutely loved everything about this property and was actually sad to leave. From checkin to checkout, everything was amazing! The friendliness of the staff, to the cleanliness of the rooms. The location was A+ also! We could not be happier. The bar was amazing, the concierge was amazing. PLEASE stay here while in Lisbon!
