It has 3 large windows facing a quiet courtyard parallel to the bustling pedestrian Rua do Carmo. It has a living area with a generous open kitchen, a spacious and comfortable living room with a large TV and dining area. The bathroom is bright and modern with a shower. The building has 2 elevators. It has Air Conditioning and heating. It is the perfect option to discover Lisbon! We accept Pets (subject to a fee of 35€).

Fantastic location
The location is the best aspect of the property. It is on a brighty, buzzy, safe street, perfectly connected for exploring the most interesting areas of wonderful Lisbon. The apartment is functional rather than luxurious and smaller than it appears in the images. The bathroom is cramped and, when we were there, a bit smelly. That said, everything worked,, it was clean and we (myself, wife and 11 Yr old daughter) managed fine and our stay in Lisbon was one of our best city breaks. Communication and administration were excellent.

Great Location
Great location. Clean comfortable apartment. Good facilities. Would have preferred fresh towels daily but there is a washer and dryer in the apartment. Would stay again.
