The apartment recently remodeled and features a contemporary decoration, neutral accents and accommodates a maximum of 6 people. It has 3 large windows facing a quiet courtyard parallel to bustling Rua do Carmo, leading to the new gardens of Carmo. The apartment has an open living area, with a generous open kitchen, wide comfortable sitting area with a large TV and dinning area. The bathroom is bright, modern and is equipped with a shower. The building has 2 elevators and has also been built recently and therefore features a fully modern and comfortable layout. AC and Heating. Free WIFI. This vacation rental apartment is the perfect option to discover Lisboa. Pet Friendly (fee applies).

Please note: Property is fully cleaned and sanitized before check in. Check in between 22H and 08H- 60 euro supplement. Stays exceeding 9 nights include weekly cleaning.
