LV Premier Chiado Apartments CH8 is a spacious 2 bedroom and 1 bath apartment located in the heart of Lisbon in the fashionable Chiado neighborhood. The apartment recently remodeled and features a contemporary decoration, neutral accents and accommodates a maximum of 6 people. It has 3 large windows facing a quiet courtyard parallel to bustling Rua do Carmo, leading to the new gardens of Carmo. The apartment has an open living area, with a generous open kitchen, wide comfortable sitting area with a large TV and dinning area. The bathroom is bright, modern and is equipped with a shower. The building has 2 elevators and has also been built recently and therefore features a fully modern and comfortable layout. AC and Heating. Free WIFI. This vacation rental apartment is the perfect option to discover Lisboa. Pet Friendly (fee applies).

Please note: Property is fully cleaned and sanitized before check in. Check in between 22H and 08H- 60 euro supplement. Stays exceeding 9 nights include weekly cleaning. We are located in a pedestrian street, and the nearest car drop off point is about 50 meters away. You can find public parking garages within a 5 min walk.

Fantastic location

The location is the best aspect of the property. It is on a brighty, buzzy, safe street, perfectly connected for exploring the most interesting areas of wonderful Lisbon. The apartment is functional rather than luxurious and smaller than it appears in the images. The bathroom is cramped and, when we were there, a bit smelly. That said, everything worked,, it was clean and we (myself, wife and 11 Yr old daughter) managed fine and our stay in Lisbon was one of our best city breaks. Communication and administration were excellent.

Great Location

Great location. Clean comfortable apartment. Good facilities. Would have preferred fresh towels daily but there is a washer and dryer in the apartment. Would stay again.
