    Completely new, this spacious apartment located in the floor 0 a charming 1916 building was designed from scratch to be a Guest House. Comprising two bedrooms, both with TV, A / C, full bathroom and "closet", two standard rooms served by a shared bathroom with shower, fully equipped kitchen open to the dining room where you can enjoy your meals, watch TV and relax in comfort.

Susana’s place worked out perfectly for 3 couples. She did everything she could to make our stay easy; from storing our bags till we could check in, to pastries waiting for us and dinner reservations the first night. A great stay!

Lisbon apartment

The location is perfect, quiet and cozy and few minutes walk to Main Street in Lisbon. Very convenient location with access to places you want to go and see in Lisbon with less than 20 minutes walk. Hostess is very kind and helpful. Amenities at the house are perfect for days of stay. Place looks newly renovated and clean.

Suzanne was there to greet us and had some amazing pastries there for us. She gave us great advice and answered all our questions.The house was just as the pictures showed and it was spotless. Great location and everyone was so accommodating. I would recommend this rental.

Susana’s apartment is absolutely immaculate. She met us at the house and welcomed us with still-warm pastries. She refurbished the apartment herself and she has amazing taste. Wonderful apartment and host!

We had an amazing stay at this apartment. Susana, the host, went above and beyond accommodating an early arrival after an overnight flight from the US. She was easy to reach before and during our stay to answer any questions. The apartment is large and clean and in a quiet part of town. We ubered to most destinations but there is a great breakfast spot and coffee shop within walking distance as well as some restaurants. It was very hot (high 90’s) during our stay but the apartment was kept cool with the air conditioning. Would highly recommend staying here.

The place was as advertised just lovely. It was clean and in a perfect location to get to anywhere you wanted to go either walking or by public transport. Susana was very gracious and helpful throughout the check in process and very accommodating even though we arrived before our check in time (to store luggage). And Susana was so helpful in answering all of our questions about the area. The rooms were very comfortable and roomy with clean linens. The kitchen is stocked with about anything needed to cook. It was a great stay here. Thank you Susana!

Lovely, clean, well appointed Condo

The apartment was spacious and plenty big for 4 adults and 4 children. I thought there was a a washer and dryer but did not see one. The was a tremendous amount of noise from the people above and we found the beds hard. The owner went above and beyond. Met us and showed us around as well addressed any questions we had, very quickly. A lovely person!

Fabulous apartment.

From start to finish everything was perfect. Susana is a sweetheart she is so helpful and welcoming. It is a fabulous apartment and there are no flights of stairs to climb. Also she has a place for you to store your luggage if you have an early or late flight. Its a quiet apartment in a quiet area only a stroll down to the one of the main squares. A couple of small super markets around. The beds a super comfy and the kitchen is modern and stocked with all you could need. I can highly recommend this apartment for a long or short stay in Lisbao. Thank you Susana for you warm and welcoming hospitality.

Simply fabulous!

Susana greeted us at the door when we arrived and she had delicious fresh treats waiting for us. I was overwhelmed as she showed us through the gorgeous home. She should be immensely proud of the hard work she put in and the outcome of all that work. (ask her to see what it looked like when she bought the place.) The location was perfect and her recommendations were ideal. From the conversations we had before our arrival, I knew that I would love her and the stay… And I did… We all did!

Three Week Lisbon Family Vacation

We stayed with our family at Susana's lovely home in Lisbon for three weeks. This gave us plenty of time to see the wonderful sights in Lisbon, several day trips outside the city, and time to relax and visit with family members. Susana made this so easy for us with her friendly and welcoming manner. Upon arrival she gave us a tour of her spacious home and shared great suggestions on how to get around the city. Because of her recommendations, we were able to enjoy authentic Portuguese food from great restaurants located in the neighborhood. The home is lovely, well maintained, and very clean. We highly recommend House Sweet Home and our wonderful host, Susana.

Lisbon House Sweet Home

Wonderful and responsive host! The apartment was spotless and in a very safe neighborhood. Great kitchen amenities. Ideal location. We walked all around Lisbon from here. Four beds in 4 rooms - 2 of the rooms were very large with en suites. Those rooms also had their own air/heat units in them. The other 2 rooms were smaller without air/heat units, but our group had no issues with getting too hot or cold in them. Three full baths. Excellent water pressure. One bed was a bit too hard. We had a wonderful stay here.

Outstanding property

The pictures do not do justice to this 5* flat. It’s spacious and comfortable with all that is necessary to cook and enjoy the comforts of home. Three Nespresso machines, full fridge, dishwasher and induction cooktop. Dinners for 8-10 can be accommodated. The living room is comfortable as is the dining room. Beds are great with plenty of storage. The combined heater/AC work too. Working with the property owner is a breeze using WhatsApp to text or call. Many thanks Susana!

Susana's Property in Lisbon

Staying at Susana's property in Lisbon was a perfect getaway for the 6 of us. We had three couples and we are long-term friends who love to travel. We found Susana's property in the heart of Lisbon and it provided easy access to all the sights in and around Lisbon. Susana met us for check in and could not have been more helpful providing information regarding sights, tours, restaurants and other tips for travelers. Her property was immaculately furnished, very clean and absolutely stunning with the recent renovations. She stayed in touch with us and even set up up our return trip to the airport. If you are considering a luxury property in Lisbon you need to look no farther than Susana's who will treat you as a friend.

Xmas Market weekend

Susana had organised a taxi to pick us up and when we arrived she welcomed us with a tour of her beautiful apartment. And left us a present of pasta de natas-custard tarts. The apartment was ideal for our needs with plenty of room, very comfortable, and with everything you could need for a weekend. It is about 10mins from the metro and the main street- avenue de liberdade- easily within walking distance. Plenty of restaurants nearby and a couple of supermarkets as well. There are plenty of ubers and taxis about if required. We were able to keep in touch with Susana as our plans had changed slightly and nothing was a problem. We would definitely visit again.

Great apartment in Lisbon

We had a wonderful stay at this spacious 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom apartment in Lisbon! The layout was perfect for our group, offering a clean and comfortable environment. The kitchen was a great size, and the dining area easily accommodated us all with its large table. The living room, complete with two sofas, was a cozy spot to relax after exploring the city.The host was incredibly welcoming and attentive. She greeted us upon arrival with fresh pastries, which was such a thoughtful touch. Throughout our stay, she was quick to respond to any questions we had and even shared some fantastic dinner recommendations.The location was also very convenient, just about a 10-minute walk to the nearest Metro station, which we used often to get around the city. Traveling with an infant can sometimes be a challenge, but the host made it much easier by providing a crib for the baby.Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Lisbon.

best apartment ever.

The apartment is SUPERB. We were 4 women from New York, all around 70 years of age. The apartment has TWO HUGE Master en suite bedrooms. The other two bedroom are smaller but they both have plenty of closet space for you to hang your clothing. across the hall from these two bedrooms is a bathroom with a DOUBLE SINK. (Water pressure in apartment is top notch also. You could have all three showers going at once and you had plenty of hot water and water pressure) Location is ideal. I walked to Rossio Square in about 25 minutes. Although we never cooked in the apartment , we found the kitchen to be fully "stocked". The hostess greeted us upon arrival and "showed us the ropes", mapping all of Lisbon's points of interest. I give the place an A plus.
