"The room was nothing like the pictures. It was tiny && no view. "

"First room had a broken AC, they moved us reluctantly after telling us to just “open the window” on the 11th floor on a busy street with crazy winds… and then once we moved rooms, the new room had a clogged bathroom sink. Thankfully the maintenance guy was able to fix the sink quickly, but the new room we got was also much smaller than the first. The view we got in our second room overlooked a massive parking lot with homeless encampment. Would not stay here again. Decor is nice, the hotel has potential, but it’s very run down and lots of hallways smelled of cigarette smoke. The floor was absolutely filthy and the bottom of my socks were black after walking around, the restaurant was fine and breakfast was good, the gym was well equipped (nothing to wipe anything with though so definitely just bacteria everywhere) but that’s the only good part about the hotel. "

"Amazing location- it is truly close enough to walk to the airport (but they have a free shuttle). The room and bed are very comfortable. The highlight for us was the breakfast that started early enough that even those of us leaving VERY early - got to start our day with a lovely meal."

"The receptionist was extremely friendly, very helpful and absolutely beautiful. My room was spotless. I was so grateful to the lady who cleans them because I really appreciate that the restaurant was amazing. The food was delicious. The breakfast was outstanding. A huge spread. Just absolutely wonderful at 10 all the way.!!!"

"BEWARE! DO NOT STAY AT THIS LOCATION! WE PLANNED ON SLEEPING IN TODAY. WOKE UP TO HAMMERING , BANGING, DRILLING, CHANINSAWS. . TRIED TO CALL FRONT DESK TO ASK WHY THIS WAS EXTREMELY LOUD & NON STOP, STAFF TOLD ME TO CALL BACK IN 10 MINUTES .WE WENT DOWNSTAIRS TO TALK TO SOMEONE, THEY SAID THEY WOULD STOP UNTIL WE LEFT FOR THE DAY, YET THEY CONTINUED. DUST PARTICLES WERE FLYING AROUND EVERYWHERE THAT WE COULD SEE IN THE BATHROOM OVERHEAD LIGHTS, WHICH IM SURE WERE THROUGHOUT THE ROOM & MOST LIKELY COMING THROUGH THE AIR VENTS. WE HAD TO CHECKOUT, DUE TO THIS BEING A SAFETY HAZARD TO OUR HEALTH & SANITY . HOW IS THIS HOTEL TAKING RESERVATIONS WITHOUT NOTIFYING GUESTS THAT THIS WILL HAPPEN ? The MANAGER COMPED ONLY 1/2 OF 1 NIGHT WHICH IS RIDICULOUS & DISGUSTING! "
