I can say this hotel amazing, just amazing. My wife is so much in love with this hotel, so do I. Staff are so nice and friendly, room clean service just Perfect! Breakfast is gorgeous, for which how I can ask for more? We are so lucky to have been able to stay this hotel 7 nights. This hotel gave us unforgettable Lisbon memories that money can't buy.

Fantastic hotel, great location

Fantastic hotel - comfortable, modern rooms with a nice shower and comfy bed. Breakfast was great and the staff were all lovely. Good base for exploring Lisbon.

This was a nice clean hotel in the heart of Lisbon, right off the major high-end shopping street. The area was quiet at night and convenient to the Metro.

Good location, very old hotel

It doesnt feel like a 4 star hotel. It needs to be updated. But what i like about the hotel was room was very clean and they cleaned it everyday. And also Location was perfect.

There isn't anything we didn't like about Hotel Lisboa. The staff whether morning or night were very helpful. The breakfast buffet had hot breakfast food, fruit, juices, cereals, salad, meats, cheeses. Everything was delicious. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. We extended our stay and both rooms had bathtubs with showers, with minibars and coffee and tea selections. The hotel is close to a metro station and at a main street that leads directly to downtown. Great place to walk, just beautiful.

Nice hotel, centrally located

Nice hotel, close to two Metro stations. Nice room, comfortable and clean. Breakfast was good also. No bar or restaurant in the hotel but they are available in the restaurant next door. Not great for a solo traveler. It’s a good hotel, I would happily stay here again

Nice enough could be better

The price was deeply impressive and the service was friendly, if not always effective. Not a fan of sheets in hotels when duvets should be normal but we slept well enough and the floor was quiet. The bathroom was oddly dated and the internet connection was strange but overall a pleasant enough stay.

Good hotel with great breakfast buffet. Staff were friendly and helpful. Location was close to the more expensive shopping strip and a short walk away from main areas. The room itself was spacious, but was very old in it's inclusions - the television was older and didn’t have streaming options. Overall, a good stay for the price.

The room was fine, basic, but clean and with enough room. Bathroom was spotless, bath tub narrow and very hard to get in and out, but lots of strong hot water. The safe required a credit card, with no clue as to charge. Never saw anything like this before. There were two electrical outlets which were enough for our phones and a laptop. Great to have a 120 volt outlet in the bathroom for a night light and curling iron. Check in was a disaster. Instead of releasing rooms as they are cleaned, all rooms are unavailable until 3 p.m. (not 2 p.m. as Expedia advertised). So we arrived at 8:30 a.m., very tired after an overnight flight, with no room. We had no choice but to cancel our afternoon walking tour. We walker around and got back to the hotel at 1:30 p.m. Still no room. By now, there were a number of people waiting for rooms. The man at the front desk was friendly and very apologetic. Said he was checking with cleaning staff but no rooms until 3. All the people at the front desk were kind and very helpful. But we can't remember a worse check in experience.
