Clean and modern hotel close to metro stop with lots of great local (not tourist) eating options close by. Secure parking under the hotel, very limited parking options otherwise.

The hotel was in a decent location and clean :) The staff were super helpful and pleasant. On a side note, I want to share that I had difficulty finding accommodations in Lisbon and was surprised how expensive hotels were in general. A lot of the more affordable options had reviews citing bed bugs and that was not acceptable for me. I am glad I found Hotel 3K Europa as it was clean more affordable than most other hotels, but I must say it was pretty pricy for the location and size of the room.

Excellent!

Beautiful hotel, nothing to complain about. Nice and clean, friendly staff and perfect location, just minutes by taxi from the historic city center. Also the entrance to the underground parking garage was wider than most other hotels so I had no problems parking my van.

Location is amazing. Train station next door. Shopping mall, shops and stores all within walking disrance. Staff was great/friendly and gave me an early check in. Hotel is very clean. Breakfast had many options. I have no complaints and would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Lisbon. Great hotel!

Stylish, modern hotel with some quirk - bathroom completely see-through into the bedroom! Convenient location with main train station (Entrecampos), metro and buses all nearby. Direct bus to/from airport also with only a 20min journey. Only downside was there was building construction ongoing opposite hence view was of a construction site; but noise was not an issue. Overall a lovely experience.

The staff are not friendly and do not offer assistance to any needs we asked them. I appreciate them sharing some baked goods in the reception probably left over from the breakfast buffet but it would be good to cover it to avoid bacteria. We leave in the morning and come home in the afternoon or at night it is still there sitting.
