This delightful 100² property offers a welcoming and comfortable retreat, ideal for families or friends looking to enjoy a memorable stay in the city. It is designed with a tasteful combination of Portuguese tradition and modern design, and large windows provide guests with a peaceful and bright ambience.

The living space offers a comfortable sitting area with a TV for relaxing evenings and a dining table for shared meals. The charming kitchen creates a welcoming setting for cooking and socialising, fully equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious dishes — including an oven, cooking plate, microwave, and coffee maker. For your convenience, a washing machine is also available.

The apartment features three beautifully decorated bedrooms. The first includes a cosy queen bed, generous storage, and a private ensuite bathroom. The second has another queen bed with a wardrobe, while the third offers a fun bunk bed and a dresser.

A shared bathroom is thoughtfully prepared with fresh towels, a hairdryer, and complimentary toiletries to make your stay even more comfortable.

The apartment also opens onto a bright sunroom with a desk for those needing to work during their stay. To complete the experience, a cosy balcony invites you to enjoy the fresh breeze and a cup of coffee in the open air.

The property is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. IT IS LOCATED ON THE 3RD FLOOR, ACCESSIBLE BY STAIRS.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

This area of São Domingos de Rana offers visitors a welcoming blend of local charm and everyday Portuguese life. With a mix of traditional shops, cafés, and small restaurants, it’s a pleasant place to experience the authentic rhythm of the region away from the busiest tourist spots. The surroundings reflect a more residential side of the Cascais municipality, where visitors can enjoy a slower pace while still being close to the coastline.

Its location makes it easy to explore both the cultural and natural attractions nearby. Beautiful beaches, coastal walks, and the lively town of Cascais are just a short drive away, while Lisbon can also be reached quickly for a day trip. This balance of tranquillity and accessibility makes it an ideal base for travellers looking to discover more than just the usual highlights of the Lisbon coast.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and by car.

The nearest bus station, Bairro dos Eucaliptos, is just a 1-minute walk.

Humberto Delgado Airport is a 27-minute drive from the property.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
