The open-plan living area features a comfortable lounge with a TV for cosy evenings and a dining space perfect for shared meals. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials—an oven, stovetop, microwave, coffee maker, cookware, and cutlery—making it easy to enjoy home-cooked meals. A washing machine is also available, adding extra convenience for longer stays.

The bedroom is tastefully decorated and offers a restful queen-size bed and generous storage space, ensuring a tidy and comfortable stay.

The bathroom includes all the essentials, such as fresh towels, a hairdryer, and complimentary toiletries to make your stay more convenient and enjoyable.

A true highlight of the apartment is the lovely sunroom—an inviting spot to start your day with a coffee or wind down with a book, all while enjoying the gentle breeze in a calm and private setting.

The property is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. ALTHOUGH IT IS LOCATED ON THE GROUND FLOOR, IT IS ACCESSIBLE BY STAIRS.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

Tucked within the charming town of Cascais, this quiet residential area offers visitors a peaceful escape from the more crowded tourist hotspots, while still being within reach of the town’s vibrant coastal life. The surrounding neighbourhood is characterised by quaint homes, tree-lined streets, and a relaxed pace that invites strolls. It's an ideal spot for travellers who appreciate a more local, lived-in atmosphere without straying too far from the historical and scenic attractions that make Cascais a popular destination.

Just a short walk away, the town reveals its full charm with golden beaches, a bustling marina, and a mix of traditional Portuguese and cosmopolitan flair. Nearby, you can explore cultural landmarks, boutique shops, and seafood restaurants serving fresh Atlantic catches. The property is easily accessible by public transport and by car.

The nearest bus station at Rua de Alvide (lines 8, 13, 17, 1623) is just a 2-minute walk. Cascais train station is 4-minutes by car.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
