Great Family Villa w/ Pool & garden daily cleaning

This villa is a superb home located just a short drive from Cascais shore and all it can offer: sports, ocean and restaurants. This villa features wonderful outdoor spaces, including a heated swimming pool, outdoor kitchen, a kids' swing and a petanque area. The gorgeous interiors give a contemporary interpretation yet comfy environment. In the evening get cosy by the fireplace or enjoy the cinema room.

This villa is just a short drive from Cascais shore and all it can offer: beaches, the marina, restaurants, market, tennis, gym and major golf courses such as Estoril Golf Course, Onyria Quinta da Marinha or Oitavos.
Offering a fine balance of privacy and convenience, this villa features wonderful outdoor spaces and amenities for guests of all ages, including a heated swimming pool, a kids' swing and a petanque playing area. The gorgeous interiors give a contemporary interpretation yet comfortable environment. During the evening get cosy around the fireplace or prepare yourself a bowl of popcorns and enjoy a movie at the cinema room. Four spacious en suite bedrooms with closets, two bedrooms with shared bathrooms and an en suite bunk room for the kids, this villa provides an ideal accommodation for large families.
For maximum comfort, this house offers daily cleaning and if requested prep-meals for the guests. If there are any experts amongst the family, the kitchen is also fully equipped . Additionally, the barbecue is ready to fire up as you can buy fresh fish and seafood on the market close by.

Calm and peaceful residential area nested within Estoril golf course, in a very calm street.

The closest beach is only 8 minutes ago. It will take you 10 minutes to get to Cascais, and 25 to reach Lisbon. Although you absolutely can't hear it from the property, the A5 highway is only 3 minutes away and will bring you anywhere in no time. A large parking area is available outside, if you prefer not to use the 5 inner parking spots inside the property.
