Fantastic location and great friendly staff. AC room and could get an iron when needed, lovely clean room with very good quality towels. For the price you wont find better! Staff we came across were great and very helpful. Bathroom was slightly tired but nothing wrong with it and clean. Would stay again :)

We stayed here 5 days/4 nights while we were in Lisbon. All the staff are really nice, Melena from front desk was really friendly, bubbly and nice as well as the staff at breakfast. The views of our bedroom was beautiful, and all amenities were great. Highly recommend staying here!

Room was clean and housekeeping did a great job, no smell. Bathroom showed a bit of wear but nothing unexpected for this star hotel. Area was fantastic with lots of places to explore. No scary streets and close to a grocery as well.

Room 406 smelled of sewage, unable to change room due to full capacity. Spent the night w the windows open to alleviate the fecal smell and was unable to sleep due to the noise level from outside w the open windows. Hotel not responsive to the fact that the room smelled of sewage. Good location though.

I stayed at this property earlier in the week for 3 days in room 409 and had no problems. I returned to Lisbon the night before departure and stayed in Room 406, the entire room reeked of sewage. I alerted the staff, and they agreed to the sewage smell, however, the hotel was full and they were unable to change my room. It was too late to find a different hotel. The only option I was given was to open the windows in order to quench the smell. Needless to say, it was a sleepless night, between the smell and the outside noise due to open window. I reached out to the property during my stay, the morning of my departure, have tried to reach out to them since and have not had a reply yet

Great budget hotel centrally located

Great hotel in a very central location. For the price the room was great and I felt very safe there on my own. There was always someone on reception I’d I needed them and they let me into my room early which I was very happy with. Easy to get to the metro in about 3 mins.

The rooms were all very unique. The friendliness and helpfulness of the staff really stood out! The breakfast they delivered to our room was excellent! It is located up a steep hill but it’s near the university and has wonderful views.

Perfect location and very clean.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful. The staff were exceptionally kind and helpful, making us feel welcome throughout our visit. We were delighted with the beautiful view from our balcony, which added a special touch to our overall experience. The only downside was the absence of a "Do Not Disturb" sign, which unfortunately led to my partner being woken up by room service while he was unwell. Despite this minor inconvenience, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this hotel.
