Fabulous apartment & wonderful host

Beautiful apartment in a gorgeous part of Lisbon - Graca is our favourite. Having the outdoor space made a massive difference and the garden with its pool, seating and fruit trees was a wonderful space, including the noisy parakeets which came to feast on the pomegranates. Andre was responsive all the way through and extremely welcoming when we arrived - such a friendly host who wanted to ensure we had everything we needed. A slight challenge with the wifi was sorted out immediately and the restaurant recommendations were superb. I hope we get the chance to come back!

Great location - easy access to tram and local tourist attractions, supermarkets and restaurants. Lovely to have own private garden and pool - lovely to have breakfast out there - very quiet. Good communication with owner - met us at the property which was useful. Overall a lovely stay and would recommend. Thank you

Leider nicht so schön und den Preis nicht wert

Leider keine empfehlenswerte Unterkunft – enttäuschender Zustand und unzureichende Reaktion auf MängelWir haben die Immobilie für acht Tage bewohnt und mussten leider feststellen, dass sie sich in einem insgesamt sehr ungepflegten Zustand befindet. Bereits bei Ankunft waren mehrere gravierende Mängel sichtbar: In mehreren Räumen war Schimmelbefall zu erkennen, der offensichtlich nicht erst seit kurzem bestand. Zudem gab es einen Wasserschaden, der ebenfalls nicht vollständig behoben war.Der Garten war ungepflegt, die Liegestühle stark verschmutzt und der Swimmingpool war – anders als in der Beschreibung vermittelt – nicht benutzbar. Er war stark veralgt und machte den Eindruck, schon längere Zeit stillgelegt zu sein. Auch die Außen-Bileti war nur bedingt nutzbar. Gleiches gilt für das Außen-WC, das nicht nur stark verschmutzt, sondern ebenfalls von tierischem Befall betroffen war – die Nutzung war dadurch unzumutbar.Innen fehlte es an funktionaler Ausstattung: Nur zwei der Schlafzimmer verfügten über einen Kleiderschrank, die anderen lediglich über Kommoden. Das als „Wohnzimmer“ beschriebene Zimmer war in Wirklichkeit ein Schlafzimmer mit einer kleinen Sitzgelegenheit für maximal drei Personen – insgesamt also kein Raum für ein gemütliches Beisammensein.Ein weiterer Punkt betrifft das angeblich „ausgezeichnete Esszimmer“: Dieses befindet sich in einem fensterlosen Raum und ist weder ausreichend groß noch entsprechend ausgestattet.
