Our open-space “Deluxe Studio 5 with Terrace and Mezzanine” is air-conditioned and offers the largest mezzanine.

Three large attic windows, a window in the bathroom and another in the kitchen allow the Lisbon sun to enter warmly, giving honor to the special light for which Lisbon is famous.

The Studio 5 with its 50,03m2 + 9.60 m2 terrace gives the feeling of being in an oasis in this historic neighborhood of Lisbon.

The modern decor with palm trees, green and white striped wallpaper is combined with straw elements and lots of wood.

The double bed (1.60m x 2.00m) and a sofa bed (1.20m x 1.80m) are located above the mezzanine.

Just below, in an intimate corner, we can prepare a double bed (1.40m x 2.00m) or 2 single beds (2 x 0.70m x 2.00m).

The fully equipped kitchen has a combined refrigerator, electric oven, ceramic hob, washing machine, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, filter coffee machine, electric kettle, microwave, toaster.

We provide bedsheets and towels.

The terrace has a table, 4 chairs, a Weber gas grill, natural plants and a clothes drying rack.
