Ganz Entspannt!
Nette kleine Wohnung mitten im Wohnviertel, daher ruhig und fussläufig alles zu erreichen!Alles drin was man braucht inclusive Waschmaschine!Stühle und Sofa sollten mal ausgetauscht werden…Würden wir wieder buchen!

Bon emplacement mais difficilement vivable
L'appartement est très bien situé avec des transports à portée de main, mais plusieurs aspects négatifs ont gâché le séjour :
- L'appartement peut recevoir jusqu'à 6 personnes mais vous n'avez que 3 fourchettes
- Le mitigeur de douche ne fonctionne pas correctement, soit vous avez de l'eau brulante, soit vous avez de l'eau glacée
- la gazinière ne peut pas être utilisée car le bouton d'allumage (pour l'étincelle) est hors service
- Une odeur persistante d'égout dans la cuisine qui se répand dans la salle et le couloir

Not the greatest apartment
The apartment was a bit disappointing. There was building work in the apartment opposite which left a layer of dust over everything. There were some maintenance issues with the shower door and a light hanging off and when mentioned the response was that it would be looked at. We felt it should have been looked at before we arrived. The second room is tiny and there is a set of bunk beds (which we knew about) but the reality is it’s quite tight for an adult. The key pick up in town after a long flight is inconvenient. Location is half way to centre or Belem. There’s not a lot around it so eating or grabbing a drink isn’t really possible. If the apartment had been amazing then it would have been great but sadly the apartment is in need of some TLC.

Bom Espaço em Lisboa
Apartamento bem localizado e espaçoso. A rua , no entanto, é um pouco suja (a coleta de lixo é deficiente) e com um calçamento desgastado. Calçada muito estreita. Tem que caminhar pela rua (porém é pouco movimentada). Na chegada sentimos um cheiro de esgoto. Melhorou no segundo dia deixando a casa com janelas abertas.
Como fui de carro, senti um pouco de dificuldade para estacioná-lo.
Apesar de tudo avaliamos bem a nossa estada. Noite silenciosa e perto de todas as atrações (caminhando, de Uber ou de táxi a baixo custo).

Gemütliche Wohnung, etwas laut
Eine sehr gemütliche Wohnung perfekt für einen Städte Trip. Zur LX Factory nur 15 Minuten zu Fuß.
Das einzige war, das Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett ist zur Straße und bei offenem Fenster stehen die Personen draußen quasi im Bett. Also nur mit geschlossenem Fenster geschlafen.
