The house is situated in a quiet residential neighborhood with a large balcony overlooking the valley in front and overlooking the sea.
On the lower floor is the 40 m2 living room with fireplace, a bedroom with bathroom and a kitchen.
Upstairs is a bedroom en suite with a bathroom, a second bedroom with 2 beds and a third bedroom with a single bed and another bed under the first. The last two bedrooms have a shared bathroom.
