Great place to stay. Very clean. Laundry in unit was a bonus I didn’t expect. Air conditioning was great. The outdoor space was a great space to enjoy the coffee that was as provided. Highly recommend this space! Everything you need is provided!

Ricardo was an excellent host throughout our stay at Designer Flats in Lapa. He was quick to respond to every message, accommodated our early check-in request without any issue, and gave us clear, detailed instructions for accessing the apartment. He was also flexible when we asked about leaving our luggage on our last day before our evening flight. The apartment itself was lovely and well located in a quiet, charming part of Lisbon. Communication was always prompt, friendly, and genuinely helpful from start to finish. Highly recommend staying here – thank you, Ricardo, for making our trip so smooth!

All amenities work well, including air-conditioning, coffee machine (Nespresso type), full size fridge, and laundry machine. Did not use dish washer but it is there. Very convenient location and parking was easy to find. Plenty of hot water. Would have been nice to have laundry hanger for line dry. Only one set of towels provided for each person for 4 nights stay.

We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived after a long day of flying! We walked into a very clean, safe building that was equipped with all of the necessities for a comfortable vacation. We enjoyed the views of the water, the beautiful sunshine, the close proximity to transit, restaurants and small stores. Staying here we felt we were living like the locals, which was exactly what we desired. Having laundry in the unit was perfect. And…we loved hanging our laundry outside to dry! All of the rooms were spacious. If we were to return, we’d definitely choose to stay here again. Our host was helpful and answered any of our questions promptly.

The apartment was very clean. We had everything we needed: laundry machine, iron, hair dryer, and air conditioner. The view from terrace was beautiful. The location is great, very near the bus station but also not so far on foot. The apartment is big enough for three people. Bed was very comfortable. There was enough hot water and the water pressure was great. I loved the bathroom and how big it was. There is no elevator so going to the fourth floor was a bit of an exercise. Would also love it if there was a body mirror in the bedroom. Other than that everything was perfect!

Amazing appartement fully renovated with all the amenities you can think of to feel at home. The host was really welcoming and helpful. The appartement is in a calm neighbourhood but not to far from the city center with a great vue of the saint statue and the river. Would definitely book this appartement again if I’m coming back.

Todo estaba nítido. Nos encantó que está en un lugar céntrico, cerca de la zonas turística y con el beneficio de la tranquilidad para poder descansar. La vista desde la ventana era espectacular hacia el río Tejo y el Cristo Rey. Lo recomendamos!

Das allerschönste, was ich in Lissabon bekommen konnte! Hoch über den Dächern von Lissabon ein kleines und sehr gut ausgestattetes Appartment. Es war alles, was man braucht vorhanden. morgens wurde auf dem großen Balkon in der Sonne gefrühstückt und abends der vinho verde genossen. ich fand es einfach traumhaft und wir hatten als Paar die allerschönste Zeit. Vielen Dank!

Bella struttura in zona tranquilla e ben collegata al centro, 10 minuti con tram e bus che passano vicino e 25 minuti a piedi. È stato un soggiorno molto piacevole impreziosito da Ricardo che è molto disponibile e simpatico, ci ha pure proposto un upgrade gratuito della camera per darcene una più confortevole per i nostri figli. CONSIGLIATISSIMO!!

Apartamento amplo, muito limpo, tudo funcionando super bem! Ricardo foi sempre muito prestativo e gentil, sempre muito disponível para dar o suporte que fosse necessário. O local também é muito agradável. Tranquilo e de muito fácil acesso, com várias opções de transporte público bem próximos ao apartamento.
