Perfect little spot in Lisbon

Great spot to start our trip to Portugal! Silvia met us for check in and described it as like “camping” and she wasn’t wrong. The space was small and perfect for a quick two night stay for two. Great location, quiet street, comfy bed, an overall perfect spot for a home base while out exploring the town!

Solo Stay in Lisbon

Perfect spot for a solo traveler in the heart of Alfama. Silvia was an amazing host; she was incredibly friendly upon, gave great recommendations for activities and restaurants, and was incredibly communicative throughout the entirety of the stay. I would rent here again!

Fantastic stay in the heart of Lisbon! Silvia was extremely welcoming and warm—a perfect introduction to my time in Lisbon. The apartment was clean, cozy, and centrally located, making it easy to explore the city. I appreciated the thoughtful touches throughout the space and the vibrant neighborhood right outside the door. Highly recommend staying here for an authentic Lisbon experience. Would definitely book again!

Best stay in Alfama

I stayed at 3 different rentals in the Alfama area, and this was my favorite. Very small, as all the old buildings are, but so smartly designed. I had room in the living room to set up my laptop, read and relax. The bed is in a loft accessible by a ladder, so this isn't for everyone. It was perfect for me, I felt so comfortable, and the host was very friendly and helpful. I would stay here again...

Silvia provided all necessary information and lots of additional tips and recommendations about the surrounding area. The apartment was as described and comfortable. Perfect location

This small apartment was perfect for me. The location was close to restaurants, local attractions and a tram stop. I really appreciated having a washer to do my laundry after a long week of hiking. I highly recommend this location for a single person or a couple.

Ideal location

Silvia was so welcoming and very easy to communicate with. The location in Alfama is perfect with a nice view of the cathedral and the bay. The apartment was small but had everything that we needed.

Great location and helpful hosts

I stayed for 4 weeks over the summer and had a great stay. The apartment is clean and modern with everything you need. Great coffee shop and restaurants nearby. The host, Manuel, was extremely helpful. I would recommend this apartment if you are looking for a centrally located place in Lisbon.

Everything was great during my stay. Silvia gave me a lovely welcome and gave great tips. She responded quickly to my questions. The area is very nice, lots of nice places to eat, drink and have fun. You can really explore Lisbon from here. I felt very save here and it's quit at night.

Wonderful little spot in Lisbon

The place is small but perfectly suited for two people. It's clean. And most importantly, the hosts are super helpful and friendly and make you feel extremely welcome. I realize the trams of Lisbon are a bit of a tourist attraction. If you love those, then you will love this spot seeing as they pass just metres away.

Very nice stay!

We had a really nice stay at the apartment. The location is perfect, so we could reach everything in the city by walking, tram or bus easily and fast. Everything in the studio was very clean and we had everything we needed. The kitchen was also very nice and we liked the tupperware. During day and night, we always stayed cool because of the two ventilators. Silvia, who welcomed us, was very kind and even sent us some links to some nice locations and always offered us her help.

Clean and comfortable

What a delightful, little place! We had everything we needed for a few days' stay for two adults. It was clean and so well kept, and our host, Silvia, was absolutely delightful! She made excellent recommendations for places to eat and things to do within walking distance. Whenever we had a question, she encouraged us to message her on WhatsApp, and she was always responsive. We had the best time and absolutely fell in love with the Alfama neighborhood in Lisbon.

Good place for a single person in Alfama

The apartment is very high quality with renovated bathroom and kitchen with a washing machine. Well equipped with amenities and extra supplies. The host was very friendly and attentive and checking in and out was quick and painless. Only note is that the bed is a bunk bed lifted over the living area, and it’s quite small so I would find it difficult to share with another adult. Good for a solo traveller in the old town of Lisbon.

Good location, fits description, and clean.

Sylvia our host was so warm and welcoming, she made everything feel easy and safe. She was available if we had questions and was accommodating when we had requests. We missed having such a kind host when we left. Apartment fits description, perfect for a quick stay. Washer was such a helpful bonus. Definitely recommend. Lastly, hosts recommendations for food and coffee were so helpful and were great suggestions.

Location was unbeatable. Internal amenities were all there. It could get quite warm unless the windows remained open. The bed space was a little cramped for us and we couldn't climb up or down the ladder without shoes. The most notable issue was the occasional odd smell which seemed to come from the kitchen drain.

Lovely apartment in the heart of Alfama

Our stay here was such a positive experience. While it is a quite small space it did have everything we needed. We spent most of our days exploring the city and going on day trips so we didn’t spend much time in the apartment. Though when we were there everything was great. The fans really helped cool down the space with the summer heat wich was a life saver. The kitchen was also equipped very well, we ended up making all of our breakfasts there. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a place to stay while in Lisbon. We also loved the neighborhood of Alfama, it won over our hearts.

Small Can for American-Sized Sardines

For a charming Alfama getaway for a couple of nights before my flight, I was drawn to this rental by its prime location and exceptional rating. The photos looked inviting, and was excited to be steps away from Alfama’s fantastic dining spots. However, this place is seriously small. It’s tight for one person and probably a no go for two imo. The bathroom is teeny-tiny and has a musty smell, making showers interesting. The loft bed, while a clever thought, was uncomfortable and could use more headspace. Just a nice bed on the floor would be an improvement on comfort. On the bright side, the manager was an absolute star! Super friendly, made check-in a breeze, and shared some top-notch tips for exploring Alfama’s vibrant scene. The place has classic Alfama charm, but if you’re after a bit more wiggle room, you might find better value nearby. Still, would highly recommend this place with a warning to be fully prepared mentally and physically for the tight Alfama experience.

Great Experience with Silivia and Room is Accurately Described

We really enjoyed our stay here in Lisbon! Silvia messaged us on WhatsApp a couple days before our arrival to give us directions and general assistance. She let us leave our bags in the room before our actual check in time so we were able to explore! She definitely made the experience smooth and stress free. The room is as described, it is small but definitely manageable if you are staying a few days. If you are on the taller side just be cautious of the bed situation as it is on a loft and you may be a little uncomfortable. Overall we enjoyed our stay and it is in the perfect location to explore the Alfama neighborhood. PS. Aura Dim Sum down the road is a hidden gem, we went there twice!

3 days in Lisbon

Check in was super easy and fortunately we were able to drop our bags off early and meet Sylvia in person while the apartment was being cleaned. Small space but works well and has everything you need for a short stay. Place has a beautiful view of a church and is just up the street from a trolley stop which is convenient when the trolley is on time! The bed is lofted but comfortable, may not be the best setup for a tall person or people with mobility issues. Bathroom was tidy but did have a smell to it, didn’t really affect the rest of the space. Overall nice place in Alfama, but be ready for the hills when walking around the neighborhood.
