Newly renovated & decorated to a high standard. Cable TV & Wi-Fi throughout the apartment and garden area. Quiet residential area & free street parking. The space Spacious 3 bedroom garden apartment. All newly renovated and decorated to a high standard. Kitchen is fully fitted with large fridge freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, coffee machine, electric oven, gas hob, kettle & toaster. Lounge area has a large comfy pull out sofa, TV and dinning table & chairs. Bedrooms are tastefully decorated with all home comforts. All bedding is antiallergenic and washed with sensitive washing liquid. There are no pets or smoking allowed. You may smoke in the garden only if you wish. The private secure Portuguese style garden with an orange tree is surrounded by a grassed and cobblestone area. Outdoor seating for up 6 persons. Perfect for families with young children. Cot, highchair, baby bath, potty, indoor toys, beach toys, beach umbrella & books available at the apartment. If you prefer not to park on the street, we can organise a secure gated parking space for €15 per night, 5 minutes walk from the apartment. Guest access You will have access to all parts of the apartment and garden. The house was great. The street and sidewalks were under construction, making getting around very difficult. Ubers & taxi were not able to get to the address. Scaffolding was around the house, making it very difficult to get to the entrance. Getting the luggage around the scaffolding was even more difficult. A warning of this construction would have been appreciated.
