Location is great, in a more quiet neighborhood but walkable to all the sites. Hotel and room are beautifully maintained, including the rooftop pool area where we enjoyed sitting out with a cocktail. We rented a car and easily found free street parking right out front.

We had the best trip for my birthday weekend. Staff were so polite and helpful nothing was a bother. The rooms were so clean and tidy and had everything you need including the marshal boom box in the room and a smeg fridge and tea and coffee making facilities. The breakfast was lovely so fresh and great selection of cooked and uncooked options to set you up for a day of walking in Lisbon up and down the hills. The honesty bar and the rooftop was my favourite being able to relax and have a refreshment in the sunshine with the views across the city just stunning. I will be back 10/10 loved it. The location was perfect walking distance to everything we did a live fado show, gorgeous dinners on rooftops and a sunset boat.

This was our second stay at the Brown Hotel and I can't wait to go back again! The staff is amazing, the hotel accommodations are great, and the location is super for walking to shops, restaurants, and other sites.

Excellent location in a very classy and upscale neighbourhood, around 15 minutes walk to the downtown area, hotel is surrounded by many brand name stores, a few elegant cafes and restaurants, excellent friendly staff, rooms are clean, bed is comfy, room decor is elegant and modern, house keeping was excellent too, pricing was very reasonable, was truly a good value Would definitely recommend it

We stayed at Browns Avenue during our trip to Lisbon for our 20th wedding anniversary. The hotel itself is a beautiful property, very stylish and well maintained. Everything was extremely clean, our room was comfortable and decent, and the staff throughout our stay were friendly and pleasant. We had been in communication with the hotel prior to our arrival and had mentioned that we were visiting to celebrate our 20th anniversary. At check-in, we asked if there happened to be any other rooms available and were told there were not. What was disappointing and a little confusing was that the guests who checked in immediately after us were offered a complimentary upgrade to a nicer room. Since we had just asked about availability, it definitely left us wondering why we had been told there were no other rooms available. Aside from that experience, we enjoyed the hotel. It is a beautiful, clean property in Lisbon with a lovely atmosphere. I just wish the check-in experience, especially given that we were celebrating such a special milestone, had felt a little more thoughtful.

A stylish hotel; the room was large, and the bathroom was wonderfully spacious. The pool area was beautiful, and we only imagined how great it would be during the warm months. And the breakfast was 5/5! I’m usually pretty picky with hotels, and they don’t often match the photos or expectations, but this hotel definitely exceeded them for us. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would come back! 😊

Fantastic hotel! Lovely boutique vibes. Rooms immaculate and chic as is the property as a whole. Lots of thought have gone in to the aesthetics and how the theme follows through. Lovely rooftop pool area and cute library as well snug. Breakfast is fantastic. Staff could not be more helpful and accommodating. In a nice area, a little walk from the hubbub but we prefer that.
