Ein Gästehaus ohne Service.

Ein Gästehaus das keinerlei Service hat. Die Kaffeemaschine die dort für alle Gäste stand funktionierte nicht. Dort gibt es keinen Empfang also war niemand dort zu sehen um sich darum zu kümmern. Die Zimmer wurden nicht gemacht (4 Nächte). Die Gegend ist zwar nicht per se laut, aber es gab Gäste die auf der Dachterrasse laut redeten, da die Zimmer oben in der Nähe sind, war es dort laut. Die Dachterasse ist aber sehr gut, schöne Aussicht. Die Matratzen sind durchgelegen. Also, das Boa Nova ist ein Guesthouse der unteren Kategorie, für backpacker und kleines Budget (ich fand den Preis nicht angemessen). Es war sauber.

Goed verblijf. Aanrader!

Goed gelegen, mooi zicht over de stad. Vriendelijk ontvangst en snel antwoord op vragen of bemerkingen. Grote kamer, kan weliswaar fraaier ingericht worden (gordijn en verlichting bv; tevens weinig stopcontacten), maar proper. Gemeenschappelijke ruimte en keuken is ok.

La ubicación en general bien, había una estación de metro cercana. Es una casa de huespedes ubicado en una edificio compartido , al inicio me sorprendió ya que no se comenta nada de esto al reservar. Habíamos escrito para que nos entregaran la habitación un poco antes de ser posible, sin embargo se nos hizo la entrega unos minutos despues de lo establecido. La limpieza y atención en general muy bien, sin embargo la habitación tenía un olor particular no muy agradable que volvió un poco incomoda la estancia.

Das Zimmer (Ausstattung) war ausreichend; ruhig, obwohl das Fenster zur Straße ging. Der Geruch aus dem Abfluss der Badewanne war unangenehm, aber bei geschlossener Tür kein Problem. Begeistert hat uns die Dachterrasse! Wir konnten leider nur zwei Nächte buchen, hätten gerne verlängert, aber es war wohl nicht möglich.

Vorteile: moderne funktionierende Klimaanlage, Fahrstuhl, Gemeinschaftsküche mit Kühlschrank und Waschmaschine, eine Dachterasse im 4en Stock mit einem Hammerausblick in die Stadt und Fön. Ausserdem sehr ruhig, nettes Personal und nicht mal 10 Min. Fußweg von Stadtzentrum entfernt. Nachteile: kein Zimmerservice und keine Reception, Kleinigkeiten wie Seife, Toilettenpapier oder Duschgel muss man entweder mitbringen oder vor Ort besorgen. Wir sind eine Woche geblieben und wir sind ganz gut zurechtgekommen. Für das was wir bezahlt haben, haben wir -wie wir finden- eine Menge erhalten. Von uns eine klare Empfehlung!

Wir (Pärchen) wurden freundlich empfangen. Mitarbeiterin ist für uns abends extra noch zur Unterkunft gefahren, um uns den Schlüssel zu überreichen. Auch der Check-out war super unkompliziert: Schlüssel einfach in eine Box einwerfen. Das ältere Guest House liegt im Norden der Stadt. Man kann ins Zentrum laufen oder in die gut erreichbare Tram 28 einsteigen (3 Euro pro Fahrt / Person). Wir hatten zwar ein keines, einfaches Zimmer ohne viel Ablagemöglichkeit, aber dafür ein eigenes Bad und einen Balkon mit Ausblick und auf dem gleichen Stockwerk gab es sogar eine begehbare Dachterrasse. Zimmer war sauber, auch die Bettlaken waren lupenrein weiß. Wer also keinen Luxus braucht und sich auch nicht an etwas „Jugendherberge-Atmosphäre“ stört, kann sich über ein top Preis-Leistungsverhältnis freuen.

Det var egen balkong. Og stor felles terrasse med utsikt. Heis. Felles kjøkken med fullt utstyrt. Kort avstand å gå til tunnelbane, kafeterier, spisesteder. Wifi fungerte veldig bra. Skulle vært fint å ha tv på rommet. Madrassen var altfor hard. Dopapir var et problem, fordi det fans ikke etter første dagene. Dosetet var løs. Ingen kom å tømme søppelposer. Så personale bare ved mottaket. Gammelt kloak lukt i gangen.
