Fantastic apartment located in Ericeira, with 121 m2, 2 bedrooms and capacity for 5 people. This modern and spacious apartment features a living room with TV, sofas and dining table, a suite with a double bed and bathroom with bathtub, a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with shower and a fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, crockery, cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster and electric kettle. Externally, this apartment has 2 terraces: a terrace connected to the kitchen with a barbecue and dining table and a huge terrace connected to the living room and bedrooms with outdoor furniture for dining and relaxation. It also has an iron, internet access (wifi), hair dryer and central heating. It is located in a condominium with swimming pool, garden, children's area and outdoor parking, situated 400m from the south beach and 1km from the centre of Ericeira. Note: We would like to inform you that for stays over 28 nights, the total cost of electricity, water and gas consumption included in the price is €150/month. Whenever the sum of these consumptions exceeds this value at the end of each month, the remainder will be the responsibility of the guest and will be charged at the end of each month. We also inform you of the existence of a Municipal Tourist Tax, established in the form of a lodging tax for all AL properties. The value of this tax is charged per night and per person (over 12 years old) at a unit value of €2.50 in high season (1 May to 31 October) and €1.20 in low season (1 November to 30 April). Payment of this tax is not included in the accommodation charge and must be paid in cash at check-in. The value of this tax is annually altered by the Mafra Municipal Chamber, so changes to the presented values may occur.

Lovely apartment in great location

The apartment was very spacious, well equipped and a short walk into Ericiera. Two lovely patio areas, easy access to the pool area, very quiet and relaxing. The check in and check out were very professional and very friendly, it was good dealing with such nice people. Minor things - this apartment doest have air con, it really needs fans. These were provided when asked for but should be standard. Also utensils missing like Colander, this was reported on exit. Crockery could do with updating. Glassware was fine. These were minor issues and we loved our stay and would use you again if back in the area,

Nice accom almost in the center of ericeira. Big and a lot of space

I liked the pool outside and the big balcony. Perfect for a family. Also i liked Alex the manager for the aparment. Very nice dude. Good service. The power was sometimes down. So they should fix this mayor problem. Was a little hassle sonetimes. Also the coffee machine was not good. Didnt work properly and need a new one. Worst coffee ever. Also the power generator for warm water wasnt working properly. All small things what can be changed for a more confy stay.

Nice time in Ericeira

We liked our apartment because it was big and modern arranged. We slept really well because the beds were confortable and the apartment is in a quiet environmet. Furthermore the two terraces were really nice so we could be there most of the time when we were in our Apartment. And also the service was good so we don't have had any problems with the handover of the keys at the first day. There are some things that you could improve in that appartment. At first it would have been nice if the chairs at the terraces would have been more confortable so then the evenings there would have been perfect for us. And some things of the equipment in the kitchen could get improved and replaced through better equipment.

Estivemos no Blue Beach cerca de 2 meses e não podíamos estar mais satisfeitos. Apartamento de excelente qualidade, muito bem equipado, tendo tudo para tornar a estadia (seja a trabalhar, seja de ferias) perfeita. Muito bem localizado a 5 mn a pé da praia do Sul e a 10 mn do centro da Ericeira. A piscina do condomínio é muito tranquila (mesmo em pleno Agosto) e os vizinhos são uma simpatia. Adoramos a estadia e tudo o que ela nos proporcionou.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung mit kleinen Einschränkungen

Ericeira ist ein schöner Ferienort nur eine knappe Stunde von Lissabon über die Autobahn (Maut) entfernt, mit allem was man als Selbstversorger braucht (Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und abwechslungsreiche Gastronomie). Der Ort hat sich noch seinen natürlichen und entspannten Charme erhalten. Die Umgebung bietet eine tolle Natur, die man auch im Sommer an vielen Orten in Ruhe genießen kann. Ein eigenes Auto ist empfehlenswert. Wir würden den Ort für einen Badeurlaub nur eingeschränkt empfehlen, da der Atlantik hier meistens seine Kraft demonstriert (Surfhotspot) und auch im Sommer sehr frisch ist. Bei uns Ende Juli 2019 waren es 17 Grad. Die Innenstadt ist von der Wohnung zu Fuß in ca. 15 min. zu erreichen, mit tollem Meerblick unterwegs, aber auch einigen Höhenmetern. Die Wohnung selbst ist im Haus zum Berg ausgerichtet. Sie ist sehr groß, geräumig und freundlich und modern eingerichtet. Die Wohnung hat eine kleine geschützte Terrasse nach Süden mit eingebautem Grill und seitlichem Meerblick, auf der man sehr gut zu viert sitzen kann und eine riesige Sonnenterrasse nach Osten. Die Betten waren für uns sehr angenehm und die Umgebung so ruhig, dass wir gut geschlafen haben. Die Bäder sind modern und funktional. Parken ist kein Problem. Unsere Kontakte mit der Agentur waren sehr gut. Maria und Bernado sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns gefreut, die beiden kennenzulernen. Dankeschön für alles! Insgesamt waren wir mit der Unterkunft zufrieden und können sie auch weiterempfehlen. Die „kleinen Einschränkungen“ waren nicht tragisch, könnten aber ohne großen Aufwand verbessert werden und den Urlaub für Gäste noch angenehmer machen (Jammern auf hohem Niveau). Wir hätten uns bequeme Stühle für die Terrasse gewünscht, da wir in Portugal gern die meiste Zeit draußen verbringen und aktiv sind. Abends dann komfortabel auf der Terrasse das Klima genießen zu können, ist ein schöner Ausklang. Außerdem bleibt die vordere Schlafzimmertür nur geschlossen, wenn man sie abschließt. Hier findet der Handwerker sicher in wenigen Minuten eine Lösung. Nach unserem Empfinden verdient auch ein Teil der Küchenausstattung (Gläser, Besteck und Kochgeschirr) eine Erneuerung. Fazit: Wir waren zum dritten Mal in Portugal und hatten wieder eine sehr schöne Zeit dieses Mal in Ericeira. Portugal ist wunderbar und immer eine Reise wert. Wir freuen uns auf das nächste Mal!
