Bica's River View Duplex

Duplex apartment located on the fourth floor of a building without an elevator in the historic neighborhood of Bica.

As in many streets in this old area of Lisbon, access to the building is made through a large staircase, so the entrance is strictly pedestrian. The nearest street with vehicle access is about 70 meters away.

The apartment is situated in the area where the annual Santos Populares festivities take place during the month of June. Please be aware that this area can get quite lively, and some noise may occur during this period!

- Bedrooms
It features 3 bedrooms. Two on the top floor with double beds and air conditioning – please note that, due to the building's structure, some areas have low ceilings. One on the first floor with a bunk bed. Note that access to the upper floor is via a very narrow spiral staircase.

- Living Room
A cozy living room with sofa, TV and dining table, opening to the balcony, offering charming views of the city and the Tagus River.

- Kitchen
Equipped kitchen with stove, countertop oven, microwave, refrigerator, toaster, microwave, and espresso machine (coffee not included). From the kitchen, you have access to a covered balcony with a washing machine.

On the day of your arrival, a member of our team will be at the apartment to welcome you. To avoid any delays, please inform us your flight number and the estimated time of arrival at the apartment with at least 48 hours in advance. The information we’re requesting is very important for us to coordinate our team and to provide you the best welcoming experience. Without that information we cannot guarantee you a prompt check-in, so your cooperation is very important.

Trams (Elétricos): Calçada da Bica Grande is well-connected by trams. Tram 28, one of Lisbon's iconic tram routes, passes through this area. It's a charming and scenic way to explore the city.

Bus Stops (Paragens de Autocarro): There are bus stops in the vicinity, providing convenient access to different parts of Lisbon. Check local bus routes for specific destinations.

Funicular (Ascensor da Bica): The Bica Funicular, another iconic mode of transportation, is within reach. It's a historic cable car that connects the lower part of Bica to the higher neighborhoods.

Metro (Metropolitano): The nearest metro stations may require a bit of walking, but the Cais do Sodré metro station is relatively accessible, providing connections to various metro lines.

￫ The property is Self-Catered. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided.

￫ Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, additional bed and bath linen will be provided for free at the check-in.

￫ The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only. Extra cleanings or fresh linens can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be done with at least 24 hours in advance.

￫ Check-in time starts from 16:00 to 22:00 (additional cost of 25€ for check-ins after 22:00). Only one set of keys will be provided.

￫ We are obligated by Portuguese law to collect our guest's Passport information.

￫ Check-out must be done until 11am. Before leaving, please place the keys on the main table.

￫ During the stay, the guest is responsible for the safekeeping and proper use of the property's keys. Please avoid leaving them in the lock or mailbox. In the event that a specialized technician is needed for door opening or in case of damage to the key and/or lock, the costs associated with this service will be the responsibility of the guest. In case of key loss, a penalty will be applied.

￫ The property is equipped with noise decibel monitoring sensors. This system performs advanced analysis while ensuring the privacy of our guests, as no cameras are used, and no sound is recorded. Only noise levels are measured, thus guaranteeing the tranquility and comfort of everyone during their stay.

￫ Crib and baby chair are available upon request and subject to an extra fee.

￫ For stays equal to or longer than 28 days, monthly consumptions exceeding €150 will be charged separately. By making the reservation, the guest agrees to these terms.
