The hotel staff, in particular, were outstandingly friendly and helpful. The person who we found behind the front desk at almost all hours, was thorough in his friendly ability to address our needs, on our first, jet-lagged moments in Portugal. This first stay at a B&B Hotel changed our allegiance from another European hotel chain. We will now seek out B&B Hotels when we can. The wonderful Parque dos Poetas is 5-minute walk.

No frills shouldnt mean broken

About the lowest cost modern hotel in the area but expected better standards of this newish hotel; inexpensive with no frills shouldnt mean broken. The sink had no plug and didnt drain well, the A/C didnt work and staff couldnt help with the error message, claiming it was because the door had to be shut properly, something we had noticed needing an extra shove to close. The overall cleanliness was excellent and the room was fresh after servicing, however the shower which was a good one, could do with a better scrub. The camp-bed is a great size but very squeaky and disturbing, with a think duvet and no chance of extra pillows. Reception staff were friendly.

+ mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln gut zu erreichen + Ruhige Umgebung + Wunderschöner Park nebenan + Restaurants in der Nähe + 20 Min zu Fuß zum Strand +Ziemlich sauberes Hotel + 24h Kaffeebar - Hotel erlaubt auch Hunde. In einem Fall hat im Nebenzimmer ein Hund ewig gebellt (8 Uhr morgens). Die Rezeption hat uns angeboten, den Hundehalter lediglich zu fragen, ob er das Zimmer wechseln wolle. Fazit: Das Hotel ist keine schlechte Wahl.
