Apartment with a magnificent sea view, pool and garage. It has a double bedroom, living room with sofa bed for two people and table for 4 people. Equipped kitchen. Very spacious balcony with table and chair. Situated in a quiet area of Ericeira in a gated community, about 500 m from the beach of Empa. 600 m from Ribeira d'Ilhas beach where the World Surfing Championship is taking place. The pool area is a large space with chairs and parasols.
