An apartment in an old building completly restored. Air Conditioning. Garage availability and booking will need to be confirmed.You dispose of six single beds that you can turn into three double beds of 1.60m x 2.00m. You are in the center of Lisbon, within a couple of paces from two of the most spectacular view-points of the town: Nossa Senhora do Monte (80 m) and Miradouro da Graça (300 m). The street breathes the calm of a small village, and though, all kind of shops, restaurants and transports are a few steps forward. The famous tramway nº28 which drives you to the main centres of interests crosses the street. From that hill, the highest of the capital, you can get to the lanes of Alfama, the castle São Jorge. A lot of restaurants are waiting for you, and they propose typical plates such as sea-food and grilled fish. You can eat eat in the neighbourhood for six euros per person, we have good restaurants to commend you. Welcome to Lisbon!

Great location in the old part of the city.

The property was in a good location. It's in the old part of the city. Steep hills was a bit tough for one of our group but at least the rental has an elevator. Streets are all cobblestones so leave your heels at home. The host was spot on with any request, he was over in a jiff.

3 Generations comfy

Easy walk to trams and foods. Quarters were perfect size and set up. The neighborhood is less touristy than down by the water. Elevator in the building which is handy after walking up and down hills all day. No problem getting Uber or Bolt to pick up.

Great location

Only a couple of blocks to one of the best views in the city. View from the apt was also very nice. Everything we needed could be found close by and it was 15min walk to many of the sites on our list. Found great local eats nearby too. Great stay

Great place, we loved it!

Location is great in a nice local neighborhood. Wine bars, restaurants, and the supermarket are so close and walkable. Communication with the property manager was easy and they helped us with some booking problems we had on our side. Great and totally recommended.

Great place to stay

Not far from public transport and walking distance, though hilly, to many attractions, this location was ideal. It was nice to be in a neighborhood where the locals shop, eat and drink. Great views too.

Fun in Lisbon

Had a great time; the property is very central with beautiful views of the castle. Joao was very helpful and responsive. Two of us now will have to buy expresso machines.

Ideal for characterful Lisbon

Lovely 3 bed in Gracas/Alfama area. Right on 28 tram route, next to loads of bars, restaurants and shops. Beautiful views from apartment too. Just a fantastic place!

Everything you need in a great location

Great place to stay. Everything you need ( the only place I’ve stayed where they really thought about and provided what you need, including proper umbrellas in case of rain), excellent modern clean rooms, great views, comfy beds and great water pressure. Really great neighbourhood- bars, bakeries, supermarkets, fruit shops, great views and the 28 tram if you don’t feel like walking down the hill. Joao was a great host and would recommend.

Perfect location

Location was perfect for our family, at the top of historic Lisbon, great views, easy access walking access to sights. Good grocery store and restaurants around the corner. Quiet neighborhood. We appreciated the A/C as it was unusually warm for April. Joao was a delight to engage with on the rental.

Amazing!

We loved our stay here in Lisbon! You are at the top of a hill so beautiful views and a huge apartment! Nicely decorated and actually comfortable furniture. Great restaurants near by and ask Joao for his favorite and go! Definitely a 5 star stay!!

A very nice 3 bedroom with a great view

A comfortable, nice, well appointed apartment, a short walk to a grocery store, a great location for exploring Lisbon. We had two couples and an adult child and felt like there was plenty of room.

What a great place and location

The photos didn't really do the flat justice - it's even bigger than the photos might suggest. All is as advertised and Joao was very kind and helpful in greeting us and helping us to get sorted. The property is very close to a tram stop and there are all needed conveniences, e.g., restaurants, food shopping and a variety of other shops avail very near by. What a great city!

Awesome View and Neighborhood

We rented this flat for a family getaway with 5 adults - The neighborhood was ideal and safe - many great eateries and grocery stores- We walked to local attractions and took Bolt to farther destinations - Everyone was friendly beat Pizza, Lasagna, and wine bar down the walkway -Bakeries et all - steps away —- The VIEW was Magnificent!
