Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, listing accuracy
If someone has big luagge, it is so MUCH challenging to carry it to the guset house cuz of the road and it is on the higher location. And you will meet small house like a bunker with only one window(even no small fan or air conditioner) And our 4 night, there is only 4 towels for 2 person....and no cleaning service at all. so the soggy floor after shower..that was terrible. we had to endure that time and now free.
