The apartment is a good size and it is clean. Communication with the managing agency is good. However, it’s very surprising to me that no review mentions the fact that the apartment is directly above a bar and that the patrons of the bar are very loud and smoke until 3am. If you sleep well with a lot of noise and you don’t mind cigarette smoke coming through your window, this is the place for you. This fact completely ruined my stay in Lisbon.

We loved the character and the spaciousness of the apartment in this culturally rich heritage neighbourhood. In addition, we enjoyed the view of the river from the large windows. We found the location very convenient to transit, including rail, subway and bus.

Magnifique appartement, bonne situation !

Nous avons passé 5 jours à Lisbonne en famille avec nos enfants de 2 et 5 ans. L'appartement proposé par Alfama concept est spacieux, propre, très bien agencé, situé au dessus d'un restaurant (pas dérangeant pour le bruit) qui propose une cuisine traditionnelle très bonne. Très pratique par exemple le premier soir (pas besoin de s'aventurer pour trouver une bonne adresse). Il est également situé non loin d'arrêts de bus et de la gare santa apolonia dernière station de la ligne de métro bleue. En deux arrêts, vous pouvez rattraper la ligne verte qui en une station vous amene à Cais do sobre pour prendre soit le ferry pour allez voir le Christo Rei, soit prendre le train pour faire les balades hors Lisbonne (Plage de Cascais ou Palais de Sintra). On peut également facilement (toujours avec le metro) rayonner sur les différents quartier de Lisbonne. Bref, l'appartement est éloigné du tumulte de la ville et vous permet néanmoins de balayer l'ensemble de la carte de la ville très facilement. Seul bémol, en raison d'un retard sur la récupération de bagages à l'aéroport, nous sommes arrivés en début de soirée à l'appartement. Nous avons dû appeler le responsable, le temps de charger le telephone, puis attendre que son gars nous amène les clés. Nous ne nous souvenons pas avoir lu dans l'annonce ce genre de chose, mais nous avons dû payer pour avoir les clés la taxe de séjour, les frais de ménage et un "LATE CHECK-IN" pour un total de 52 € en espèces. Sinon tout était ok.

Déçu malgré un logement très joli.

Lit double petit, sol et une partie de la vaisselle sale à notre arrivée, un tout petit chauffage d appoint pour tout l appartement, et une fuite du chauffaud qui nous a obligé à éponger plusieurs fois par jour.
