The location was perfect. Room was beautiful. They don’t supply shampoo or conditioner so bring your own. The water get really really hot and then goes really really cold so hard to shower.

Very good location, walkable to a lot sightseeing and restaurants, beaches, shopping. No on-site parking but got lucky with very busy street parking. Backpacker vibe. Clean well lit shared bathroom. Slightly cumbersome check in process at different location, as the manager was not there on arrival and friendly volunteer instructed me to other hotel for check in.

The room was adequite though lacking air con. The streets were quite noisy and made it difficult to sleep trought the night. In addition, the water was cold in the shower and toilet barely functioning. Overall we wouldnt stay there again.

Nice location for a hostel

This hotel is basically a hostel and was just ok. The room we booked was on the third level and there was no air conditioning and it was very very hot. It was a short walk to our "guest house" along cobble stone streets but finding the check in counter at another location was difficult for our driver. Room was very bare bones but ok in cleanliness. When moving the side tables to find an outlet to plug in the lights there were some bugs but the windows needed to be open because it was so hot. I think the price was a bit high for what we got but it was one of the last places available and it was a very busy time in the little beach town so it is understandable.

First impressions were pretty bad, when my room was not clean. The rest of the house was even worse, especially the shared kitchen. Furthermore check in is at a different location which was not informed. Located on the main street you have everything within arms length, but it also means that there is a lot of noise from the street. I would imagine it would be a problem during summer. My room was very cold. Window could not close and door was not tight. It would have helped with a thicker blanket. Very noisy house. You can hear everything that is going on. Only positive thing was a firm good bed

Location was good, lodge was charming. The included breakfast at nearby surf deli was a plus. Staff was super helpful although not available until 11am each day. It was nice to have access to the kitchen space to store drinks and snacks. Overall we would recommend.

Awesome place, great service

Amazing hotel/surfer lodge right smack in the middle of Ericeira. The rooms were really cute and we had one with a big bathroom and big shower. The staff went above and beyond in terms of service, booking surfing lessons and organising breakfast for us. The only thing we could use was air condition in the room :) But other than that - really great!

Super cozy hostel in the mids of Ericeira

Hostel is super nice. We had the private room with shared bathroom. Room was super cozy and the bathroom/shower was nice. Both were clean. Hostel is quiet and features a living room and kitchen area where you can make your own food. Hotel staff was amazing (especially the receprionist!). We were originally only planning to stay 2 nights, but extended another night since it was so cool. If we visit Ericeira again we will definately stay here. PS: Breakfast is amazing!
