"So I actually stayed here for about 7/8 weeks I believe. Jan to mar 2026 when I move here recently. Had everything I needed and more than the previous numerous hotels I’d stayed in at a cheaper cost. Had a nice small kitchen, place was clean, heating/ac worked fine. I’ll honestly have fond memories of my time here while I settled in to the city before getting my apartment. The staff were really nice and helpful in any way they could be. I managed through those weeks without a car at that time also and it was useful to have some nearby things like gas station, places to eat at walkable distance and also a bus stop close by, which is only a few minutes walk if you cut through the hotel next door. This hotel was basically my first home after moving to Des Moines. If I have friends or family visit from the uk I’ll happily suggest this place to them. "

"The rooms were extremely clean, the staff were outstandingly amazing, the breakfast every morning felt like home cooking and tasted just like it to, and the pool area was perfect for children and adults! Overall 10/10 love this place!"

"After finally figuring out how to get to the hotel, it was acceptable. The room was fairly small, but the bed was comfortable, and wifi worked well. The room did have a large bathtub that was really nice, and the towels were better quality than expected. A decent value accommodation."

"Perfect for my bachelorette party!!We were unaware that the pools would be so far away, a bummer on an 85 degree day in March, but the girls loved the hot tub.The downstairs was PERFECT for late night socializing and fun. It's a beautiful home with comfortable beds. Top that off with a full kitchen with a HUGE stove and cooktop. We felt safe and had so much fun. Thank you!"
