"I did not stay at this hotel at all. I walked into my room and immediately walked back out. There were several young kids running around smoking marijuana, which was concerning but not the main issue. While I was in the room, there were people outside threatening to fight and shoot each other. I also noticed a hole on the wall, the bathroom was dirty, and the bed was very uncomfortable. I went to the front desk and told the employee that I did not feel safe staying there and would not be staying for all 5 nights. I asked if I could receive a refund, but I was told I would need to call in the morning. I genuinely did not feel safe or comfortable staying at this hotel, especially by myself. I had booked the hotel for five nights, but there was no way I was going to stay there under those conditions."

"We were less than impressed. The room was not the cleanest - the carpet looked like it had not been vacuumed. There were little piles of dirt in certain places and stains throughout the room. The fridge in the room did not work and the air conditioner did not work well either - it was so hot in our room. Breakfast was good. Staff was nice. "

"Lots of construction going on. Rooms were ok. There was no coffee pot in our room. No employee available to ask for one. Couch was dirty in room pull out couch was very poor. The remote in the room had one for both tvs, not convenient. "

It was only about 8 minutes away and saved me over $100 compared to the conference hotel — and honestly, I think I got the better experience. The vibe of the place is fun and modern. I loved the booth-style seating in the room, and the wallpaper was unusual in the best way — it fit the theme perfectly. Everything was super clean, easy to navigate, and felt fresh. I didn’t try the food, but I did stop by the bar and the service there was great. Check‑in was quick and smooth. The outdoor area had a really cool setup, and while I didn’t use the pool, it looked very inviting. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations. I’d absolutely stay here again and will be recommending it to others."
