"Very attentive staff from reception to bar/restaurant. Room was a good size and clean. Prices in the bar/restaurant were very reasonable and good quality food. Would definitely consider a return stay if the need arose."

"Staff were fantastic and very friendly, especially the waiter in the bar.
Hotel is lovely and a nice touch having mulled wine and mince pies out for guests.
Room was big and clean. Bed was very comfortable as were pillows and duvets.
Nice touch having the leisure facilities although pool could have been slightly hotter.
Perfect location for princes street, Christmas markets, George street and st James quarter. Fantastic stay and can’t wait to return. "
"A new hotel, easy access to the tram service to the airport and Edinburgh.
Rooms were very good.Restaurant was clean with an excellent breakfast (20 pounds) a bit on the expensive side.Evening menu had a good choice and the food was excellent.
The only down side was the privately owned car park, which costs 12 pounds per day.The QR code didnt accept my Barclays bank credit card so we had to pay at the hotel reception. You have a 30 minute grace period and then you will get a 100 pound fine if you dont pay with your car registration number. No discount for Novotel guests. There is a KFC and Krispy Kream donut shop less than 1 minute from the hotel enterence, and a Tesco's and Outlet shops 3 minutes walk as well .
A nice location for many people but a little pricey if you plan to stay for a long time."
"Spent a night at the hostel. I really appreciated how clean and well kept the place was. Staff were all friendly. Definitely will return in the future."
"This is the perfect hotel next to the airport. It was convenient and the staff were exceptionally nice. One surprise was the restaurant. The service and food were outstanding. They exceeded our expectations."
"Staff were excellent. Room upgrade as lift to our room not working due to mobility problems.
Free disabled parking and excellent value for money in central Edinburgh "
"We arrived after midnight due to traffic chaos but staff were waiting & very friendly & helpful. Hotel is beautifully decorated for Christmas & very cosy.
Breakfast is plentiful & delicious especially the haggis :-). Takeaway hot drinks available too.
Beautiful countryside setting, very quiet but walk down the drive & catch the x27 or x28 bus on the main road & you can be at Princes Street in the City centre in 1/2hr max.
Would thoroughly recommend & will definately be back again. "
