- This bright cottage in the heart of Bayside is just a short stroll to the dock, swim float, playground and beach. The porch looks out upon the village green and Penobscot Bay. The cottage is handicap accessible with a small downstairs bedroom, a lovely master bedroom upstairs with an adjoining library with a fold out bed. "The Perch" is a sleeping loft which is popular with kids and teens. The spacious porch is great for relaxing in a hammock or entertaining a crowd. There is a nine hole golf course nearby and it's just a short ride to the vibrant city of Belfast.
