"The indoor pool was really cold so that was disappointing. Breakfast could be better. Staff was friendly. The room was ok. I would say it was ok in general but I've been to nicer best westerns"

"The room we had originally been assigned was having issues with the air conditioning and it was about 100 degrees outside. We told the front desk as we were leaving to get dinner and head to the state fair. They said they could fix it while we were gone. After being outside for the rest of the day we both just wanted a cool shower and to collapse into bed. We got into the room and it was still hot. Went downstairs and they moved us to a different room that was nice and cold. The next morning breakfast was lacking but we had been notified beforehand about this so not a big deal. The staff were amazing in helping us with the issues we had and were so kind. "
"The hotel was great! Beds were very comfortable, breakfast was delicious and the front desk staff was wonderful! I would highly recommend Drury in Springfield. "
"After spending the day at the fair it was great to be greeted by a friendly and knowledgeable desk clerk. Corinna was very helpful and welcoming. The first impression starts at the front desk and she made us happy. Thank you. "

"I always love staying at the Lincoln hotel. Its location is perfect for anything in the historic section of the city. Everything you'd want to do is within walking distance. Love this the hotel!!"
"Great place, very clean and Dan was quick to respond each time we sent a message. For a downtown location in the capital city it was quiet and worked well for us. We didn’t realize there was limited parking options that didn’t require a fee, but we were only there from late evening to early morning and was able to park along the street without any parking fees. Would definitely recommend this place!"
