"Great communication from the owner, property was very clean and easy to get to everything. Only issue is parking. We were told we could park underground or on the street. Arrived on Friday during day and less street parking so parked underground. Big mistake. The underground garage is antiquated and does not have a CC reader, so they just close all access on Saturday & Sunday. Luckily we had a friend who worked for the state of Illinois and was able to contact someone in Security who met us two hours later to let our car out. Need better communication on parking and let everyone know NOT to use the garage on the weekend."
