"First time at the CitizenM and my son and I enjoyed our stay. Real swanky atmosphere, colorful and eclectic. The bar was clean, the chicken nachos were good and staff were friendly. Check-in process was smooth, self assisted and we were allowed to choose our room. My kid opted for the higher floor with a city view. The room was spotless, bed was oversized and comfy. I’m now rewards member, you can bet I’ll be returning!"

"Room was great! Nice view and the staff were amazing! It was Valentine’s Day and weekend, and I ordered flowers ahead of time for my love and requested that the flowers were in the room prior to our arrival and the staff made sure that they were. Also, much to our surprise was a bottle of sparkling wine two macarons and a red rose. Overall, it was a very splendid day and we would absolutely stay there again. The location was spot on and a short walk to Chinatown and the Capital One Arena, if you would like to partake in any activities in that area. For fellow vegans, the location was also a short walk to an amazing vegan brunch at Equinox. "
