I would describe the facilities as basic. Bare minimum of utensils in the kitchen. No instructions on use of the cooker. Bedrooms, the beds were comfortable but no bedside lights. The shower in the en suite did not work, fortunately the one over the bath did. Door entry was unpredictable. Massive TV in the lounge with many channels but no freeview. Lincoln is a beautiful place with plenty to see. The host answered my queries promptly but I wouldn't rush to stat there again.
