We were very well looked after, but unfortunately the room was too small to be really comfortable for two people.

Would stay again...
We enjoyed our stay in this hotel, which is in a large converted Victorian family house. Although the decor was slightly faded, the room, was very comfortable and clean. Best of all the room was quiet and we slept right through without being disturbed by other guests. Very convenient for Lincoln city centre which is 7-10 minutes walk, and there is plenty of on street parking outside in the broad street. Excellent breakfast.
