Stayed on the 15 th floor. Definite moisture problem. On checkin they did not tell you that u hve to call each morning for room service. And when I told the lady at the front desk to put room service for the next day no one showed. Each day went to front desk for clean towels. Needless to say the garbage was overflowing. The capital vies is very noisy. No in room guides/info regarding hotel or restaurant on site. The parking is soooo narrow. So be prepared if h hve a big vehicle. Would not stay there again. Definitely did not like our room decor.

Front desk workers act like they don’t want people do be staying at the hotel so they don’t have to do anything. Got into my room and the bathroom floor was very sticky and carpet felt damp. I felt like I needed to take a shower immediately we also didn’t have a coffee making in our room in the morning. I went to the front desk to ask and she said you should have one but wouldn’t give us one. Very disappointed with the customer service at this hotel.

The location is great. But there are a few details I don't like about this place: 1) my room was on the 13th floor, the toilet flush was weak, and the shower was pretty weak, too; 2) there was a used soap with some hair on it laying in the bathtub;3) shampoo bottle was empty, and conditioner was almost empty; 4) I wanted to call the front desk for all these issues, but couldn't find a service number anywhere in the room, thought it should be somewhere near the phone, but no, nothing. It is a fancy hotel but it somehow missed the mark on these little things.
