Gorgeous Home in Heart of Historic Lincoln

Enjoy this gorgeously designed sanctuary in the heart of Lincoln. If you're seeking a tranquil getaway with convenient access to the city's most iconic landmarks, look no further. The home offers a combination of modern living and period features, and can host up to nine people comfortably. With a range of shops, restaurants and Lincoln's stunning architecture; whether you're with family, friends or visiting for business, you'll be sure to find something to entertain all!

The house is set across three storeys with the living room, dining room, kitchen and toilet on the ground floor. Two bedrooms and the main bathroom are on the first floor, with the master bedroom and fourth bedroom on the second floor.

The space is modern, warm and cosy, and has all the amenities you’d need for your stay, including super-fast WiFi and a Smart TV (with Netflix, Prime, YouTube etc). Three bedrooms have double beds, with the master bedroom having two singles. The living room has a sofa bed to cater for an additional ninth guest but you will need to request this in advance if needed.

The kitchen is well equipped and has all the amenities you’d need for a comfortable stay, including microwave, kettle, toaster, oven, fridge/ freezer as well as a washing machine and tumble dryer.

The property has a spacious back garden for you to kick back in and enjoy the summer rays (when we’re lucky enough to have them!), or let your little ones run around in whilst you enjoy a cup of tea.

There is free on-road parking outside and an 8 minute drive will get you to Lincoln Cathedral, Castle, the historic Bailgate area and the nation-famous Steep Hill. Lincoln Train Station is also an 8 minute drive away.

Access to the property is by self check-in via a lockbox outside the front door.

If you would like to bring a pet, please let us know in advance so that we can inform our cleaners. There will be a small pet fee.
