Great experience in a wonderful location

The location is amazing- you're essentially at one end of the long main street, so you can walk all the way through town and shops, restaurants. The restaurants right across the street were fantastic, and though it's a busy street.The facility in which the condo resides is well kept, and the rules are strictly enforced (ie: play at the pool table ends at 845pm sharp, sharp). Better to have strict enforcement than what could be a chaotic scene alternatively. The room was comfortable. Both AC's worked great from the two rooms to keep the whole place cool - we visited on a hot summer weekend. Everyone slept well, the beds were comfy and the unit was completely turnkey ready for guests. We'd stay here again no question!

We had a fantastic stay and were so impressed with this condo. The bedrooms were spacious and we appreciated the full kitchen. Sitting on the porch looking at the mountains was the icing on the cake! We would love to stay here again.

11/14/24 weekend trip

We loved everything about the unit. The layout was perfect. Loved the fact that it had an elevator because my husband has bad knees and we had a lot of luggage. The room was clean and neat. The pool and the game room were terrific. Just wish that we had had an extra day to enjoy the amenities more. Would definitely stay again.

Great Fall trip!

The condo is so clean and inviting. The location is right across from Loon Mtn. Many restaurants in the area to choose from, some within walking distance. There's the pool and hot tub in the building which is great to have. You will not be disappointed if you rent this place.

Summer Getaway with the Kids

Wonderful property! Super clean, spacious, and the inside pool/hot tub was a huge plus for one of our days that was rainy. The only thing that was a little tricky (and this is on us!) is our toddler and her bouncy little feet..we had to work hard to make sure she didn’t disturb the downstairs neighbors. Again, that’s on us though and this was a great place!

Quick ski getaway

Loverly and very functional Condo. Had everything we needed for a cozy and comfortable couple days near Loon and short drive to Canon! Loved the layout and that each bedroom had its own bathroom/shower. Kitchen fully stocked for cooked meals. Check in and check out was a breeze and we highly recommend in any season!

Perfect spot

The condo was immaculate! The kitchen had every imaginable appliance, etc. Beds were comfy. Location perfect. Easy walk or drive to shops & restaurants. Owner kept in contact in case anything was needed. I would highly recommend this condo and hope to stay there again.

Everything was as we expected except the cleanliness—the carpet was so filthy that we had to bring it out and shake it since there was no vacuum to use. Also, we had to clean dust under the couch that looked like it had been collecting over the years. Otherwise it was good!

Mini Family Getaway

This property was really cozy and comfortable. With direct views of Loon Mountain and close proximity to all the restaurants and attractions. The condo is open concept and was surprisingly quite spacious with just 2 bedrooms. The kitchen was equipped with all essentials and was extremely clean and well taken care of. I stayed here with my family and small children and would definitely recommend this to anyone who is looking to stay in the epitome of Loon Mountain and Lincoln, NH. The owner was absolutely great to communicate with and very responsive when we had questions.

Perfect for families

This was our second time renting this property. We love this condo, the set up, location, amenities and just about everything about it. Eva is great to work with and responds immediately. The kids love the bunk bed room and there are even books and games to use. The bathrooms are updated and very clean. All of the mattresses are very comfortable! I also appreciate the kitchen is fully stocked and there were plenty of items to use if we needed (baggies, spices, tea etc). We will absolutely be back!

Perfect home away from home. With perks!

Lincoln is a perfect getaway location for an adventurous family that doesn't mind jumping in the car for a short drive. We used it as a launch point for a ski trip to Bretton Woods which was an easy 35 minute drive. Lincoln has a lot to offer on Main Street including plenty of rental shops, groceries, movies, take out, a brewery.... So great! The property has amenities on site including a pool, hot tub, game room, locker room, saunas, and workout area. All except the saunas were available during our stay. The property was perfectly equipped and provided conveniences for a family with a young 2-year old, including attachable bed rail, tub, toddler utensils and plastic cups. The kitchen was recently renovated and included brand new knives, pots, and pans, salt, pepper, sugar and cooking oil, foils, snack bags, etc. The comfortable and easy to operate fireplace and front-facing corner unit windows were BONUS after BONUS. I could go on! But you'll just have to rent it yourself to see it all!

Weekend Getaway

My fiance, my best friend and her husband and their 6 year old little boy stayed in this 2nd story, two-bedroom condo directly across from Loon. Very easy check-in process. Very much appreciated that they have luggage carts in the lobby to make moving all of the stuff we had brought along for the weekend easier than carrying it up and down stairs. The condo is in a great location on Main St. One night we walked to the Common Man for dinner and the next day to the One Love brewery for lunch. It is tastefully decorated for skiing, very comfy and has plenty of space also extremely clean. On-site there is a gym, a pool with a jacuzzi, racquetball and a very nice game room all for your use and when It poured rained all day one day this is how we kept the 6-year-old entertained! The host also provided some board games in the room. The building itself in the hallways looks a bit dated but the condo is looks to have been renovated in the past few years and is nicely kept. I have only two suggestions for the host that could have been proved my stay one is a nightstand on both sides of the king bed I always travel with a fan so I had to move some furniture around in order to put my fan blowing on me at night and secondly when we arrived at about 5:30 p.m. it was about 50 degrees in the condo so we turned up the heat and left for dinner and by the time we got back it was nice and cozy but it was extremely chilly when we arrived it would have been nice if someone could have turned the heat on an hour or so before check-in. Thanks! We would stay here again for sure!

Perfect again

This was our third time staying in this unit. It’s always been very clean, updated, and close to everything. My girls love the indoor and outdoor pool, perfect for raining and sunny days. 2 mins to the grocery store and lots of great places to eat are within walking distance or a quick drive. We will be back again next year. 10/10 highly recommend
