It was a great room. The view was amazing. I booked this room for Valenties Day weekend and it was wonderful. The wife loved it. We were close enough to the ocean that if we cracked the sliding door we could hear the ocean. Great location as well. Next time I am in Lincoln City I will stay here.

The room is old, out dated. Even smells old. The gas fireplace is real, I like that. No fire pit for the night, no access to the beach from the property. Honestly worst experience that I ever had we had to wait 50 min for check in when on my reservation said I could check in after 4:00pm we did not get check in till 4:50pm due to them not having the room ready then after getting the room key the room was filthy and had a strong odor of burnt cigarettes ...

Seagull Beachfront Inn
The room was very dirty. My boyfriend broke out in a rash all over his body from sleeping in the bed. The staff were teakers. I do not recommend staying here unless you want a staph infection. Also there were bugs all over the room.
