  • The Beach Bungalow is our Olivia Beach cottage in Lincoln City for one family who wants the beach, the pool, and a quiet porch. Sleeps 6 in three upstairs bedrooms, with a private hot tub and outdoor shower on the back deck, and a five-minute boardwalk walk to the sand.

    MAIN LEVEL: Living room with a sectional, gas fireplace, and TV, open to the dining room (seats 6) and a kitchen with stainless appliances and granite counters. Powder room and a covered front porch with rocking chairs.

    UPPER LEVEL (sleeps 6): Queen Suite with a private en suite bath. King Room and Queen Room, each with a Roku TV, sharing the hall bath. Washer and dryer upstairs.

    OUTSIDE: Private hot tub on the fenced back deck, outdoor shower, Traeger grill with pellets provided, and a Tesla charger in the garage.

    OLIVIA BEACH: Heated community pool open Memorial Day to Labor Day, a park with a play structure and sand volleyball, and a fire pit, all about a minute away. Exterior security cameras monitor the outside of the home.

Perfect accommodation

This place was perfect. Had all the little things to make it just like home, great kitchen with everything needed to cook your own meals, beds were very comfortable, close to all amenities. Such a pleasant stay. Would definitely book this place again.

Comfortable stay for golfing buddies

The three golf pals really enjoyed the stay at the Beach Bungalow. The beds were comfortable, bathrooms clean and easy to use, and a fully supplied kitchen. The open floor plan of the main floor allowed for group and individuals to relax and enjoy eachother.

Thanksgiving gathering

This house was the perfect place to meet and get away from our every day lives. The house is charming, well equipped with everything and in a great location. We walked to the beach, shopped Black Friday sales at the Outlets, ate at local restaurants, when we didn’t want to cook, and had the most amazing time reconnecting with one another. The kitchen was perfect for preparing a holiday feast! We brought our own games but the house is stocked with plenty. This is the perfect Oregon coast getaway!

We had an excellent stay at this house! The home was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The neighborhood was quiet, peaceful, and felt very welcoming. The host was wonderful—friendly, responsive, and made the entire experience easy from start to finish. We truly enjoyed our time here and would highly recommend this beautiful place to anyone visiting the area. We would love to stay here again!

Amazing Place to Stay!

This is our second time staying here and we absolutely LOVED it! We honestly just felt right at home and so comfortable. Jessica was so great to work with as well and checked in with us during our stay to make sure all was well. This home is beautiful and clean. We can't wait to come back again for another stay!!!

Great for families

Cute, quiet neighborhood with a short walk to the secluded beach. My toddler often couldn’t decide between going to the beach and having the neighborhood playground to herself most days! We didn’t want to leave!

Work Trip Stay

Nice place. Did not get to spend much time due to work but it was comfortable when we were there. Jessica was very attentive. Washing all towels and linens before check out was a little much in my opinion. It is doable for short weekend trips with checkout at 10:00 am. When staying 6 nights and working at 6:00 am it makes it hard to wash 3 sets of bedding before checkout but She was accommodating to our situation

We loved our stay at this immaculate, very comfortable and well-built Lincoln City, Oregon beach home. Jessica is a great host. She is an excellent communicator and is wonderfully responsive. The cozy family cottage-8/19-8/21/2022

The Beach Bungalow has a family cottage feel. And the bathrooms and kitchens are well stocked. I have run out of toilet tissue at many other rentals, so I always bring some with me. This time I can use it at home. The only complaint that I have is that the place needs air conditioning! It was only 70 degrees, but it was much warmer inside. Of course we opened windows and used the ceiling fan, but it did not help much! Several of us, were too warm to sleep good. If air conditioning is not cost effective, please provide several fans for the bedrooms. Otherwise, it was a great place to stay!
