"Nice little room that was as advedtised, and just as expected for the price. Good place to sleep while you enjoy the coast and Lincoln City. Only issue I had was with the wifi password and signal strength, and the host was quick to answer when I sent messages to troubleshoot. If possible the network should be upgraded or expanded to a dedicated network for each building. Not a deal breaker for me due to my mobile hotspot, might be for other guests though. "

"We totally enjoyed our stay. There was some confusion on how to find the place. Using the GPS will get you to the entry way but has you facing some other resort buildings. There were no directional signs pointing right to further direct you to the right building. But once you find it, it was easy enough to find the unit number. It would be helpful to put a directional display showing which way to turn once you enter the driveway and another directional board showing the layout of buildings and...

"We traveled and stayed at Rain Or Shine - two families with 2 teenagers. The house is clean, well furnished and has many amenities including access to a community pool and a short walk to the beach (less than 5 min). We loved our stay, plan to return and would recommend it to others."
