Unwind at this beautiful and unique home, nestled in a quiet neighborhood toward the south side of Lincoln City. This home includes incomparable views, a hot tub, an expansive deck, and more. The house has a duplex-like setup ideal for multiple families seeking privacy, though, please note that the stairs connecting the two levels are outside. The top living area includes the living room, dining and kitchen area, master bedroom, and bathroom.
