While the listing of the house itself was accurate, the communication we received regarding the upstairs unit was not correct. We specifically asked if anyone would be there and the response was "...the second floor is actually a private area used only by the owners for storage. It will be completely unoccupied during your stay". However someone was there all but one day we were there. Not horrible, just not what we were expecting. The house was cute and had all the amenities stated. The master bathroom sink and toilet both were not level and thus rocked every time used. The shower floor could use some traction as my wife almost fell while getting into the shower one day. We took our trailer with ATVs thinking we would have the adequate parking spaces that were described but with the other unit in use, there was not enough spaces for all vehicles. Luckily the hotel down the street saw our situation, flagged us down, and offered a space in their lot for the trailer with ATVs. Saved the trip. The house is very close to beach access which was great.

The description posted on VRBO is misleading. Condo is one block from beach but has no beach access (5 or more blocks away at best). The "private patio" is a joke...there is a bench and a table at the front of the condo, less than 30 feet from the road and directly staring at the parked cars.Owner promises 2 parking spots for each of the 2 condos...but then promised 3 to the upstairs tenants without informing us (5 promised spots for 4 parking places). Upstairs tenants parked three cars so that all four spaces were blocked. We couldn't park and get into the condo on Friday. Owners failed to help resolve the problem THEY caused on the first night (we worked out a solution with the other renters for that night). Owners promised to contact us on Saturday morning with a resolution...then never contacted us again. They treated the circumstances as something that "just happened", taking NO responsibility for the problems or for finding a solution...but did say they'd try to communicate better FOR THE NEXT RENTER. I would never trust these owners again on any issue.
