Incredible Olivia Beach Escape, Hot Tub, Across Street From Park, Playground, Communal Pool, BBQ

This fantastic Olivia Beach home is perfectly situated directly across from the Olivia Beach Community Park. Nestled just a short walk to the beach, and across the street from the park with its play area and sand volleyball makes the 'Parkside' location unlike almost any other.

From the moment you enter the property you will notice the wonderful décor and furnishing throughout. Every bit of which was curated to create that perfect blend of coastal style and comfort. The main level enjoys a fully open floor plan combining the kitchen, living, and dining areas. The entire kitchen was completely updated and remodeled.

Step outside on to the oversized deck with seating for relaxation and at one of the tables to enjoy snacks or meals at. It's a special place that also includes the hot tub and detached carriage house that enjoys a queen bed and en-suite bathroom. It's a great option for those that want a bit more quiet and privacy during their stay. Additionally, there is an outdoor shower located adjacent to the hot tub and has hose w/ hot-cold water for rinsing off beach sand and hot tub water for anyone to use.

Ascending upstairs from within the main house you will find the other three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The primary bedroom has a queen bed and en-suite bathroom. Don't miss the balcony just off this bedroom with stunning views overlooking the park and the neighborhood around. It's such a wonderful spot to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning or perhaps an adult beverage in the evening. The final two bedrooms on the second floor have a queen bed and two twin beds respectively.

Booking a home in the storybook community of Olivia Beach comes with it's own list of amenities which tip any "Beach House Vacation Rental" scales you may have been carefully curating in your head. Not only do we provide an ocean view heated pool, a workout room, sand volleyball courts, a centrally located playground, walking and hiking trails, firepits, and super-host quality customer service, but we are most proud to offer you private access to the miles of our beautiful coastline which draws attention to itself internationally every year. Please don't hesitate to reach out if you have any questions at all.

We truly want you to enjoy your time and make some wonderful memories with your group. That being said, this is not a party or gathering house for groups that can't control their noise levels. We have relationships with all of our neighbors who have our direct contact information. Quiet time is 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. Please stay indoors during this time, keep the windows and doors closed and keep the volume to an enjoyable but reasonable level. If it is loud enough to be heard outside in these conditions, it is too loud for you to remain our guest. This property includes a noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. Again, please realize we want every group to enjoy their time, laugh, have fun and make memories. These devices are only to ensure noise levels don't reach a threshold that bothers our neighbors. Also, please note there is no electronic video surveillance monitoring pools or spas, or on the interior of the house.

Great Coastal Stay

The property is very nice, the park across the street is great if you have kids. The walk to the beach access is close and easy to get too. The house is gorgeous and very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it highly.

Beautiful well appointed home steps to the beach

Was absolutely perfect for our family trip. With the en-suite room above the garage it was extra perfect for grandma and grandpa to have their own space separate from our family of four.

Our family had a great time at Olivia Beach. The house was comfortable and architecturally interesting. The park across the street from the house and was perfect for our toddler. Beach access was convenient. Couldn’t ask for more.

Family gathering in October

Everyone in our group found the house to be very nicely decorated, stocked and comfortable. The beds were comfortable. The only challenge was that each couple brought their biggest vehicle and parking was cozy. It was doable, but cozy.

Bucket List with the Family

We all just loved Parkside. Nine y.o granddaughter said this should be our forever home! Being parkside in amazing neighborhood gave kids freedom to play outside without worry. All amenities were top-notch. Returning from day trips gave us comfort there.

Exceeded Expectations

This particular house was really amazing - new/updated, comfortable, great layout, loved the porch and decks. The neighborhood is adorable and quiet, my kids loved the park and it was pretty to look at from the house. The pool was very fun. And the walk to the beach was quick and very safe - only one residential street to cross. I hope to stay again.

Everyone had a wonderful time!

My family had a great time and we'd definitely stay again. We liked having separate units, relaxing outdoor space, and being walking distance to the beach access. We appreciated that there were variety of kitchen tools and cookware. Typically at vacation rentals you get just worn out non-stick pans which are not great to use. Lots of natural light in the afternoon.

We had two families share the space and it was perfect! The location of the park, beach and the house amenities made it a fun weekend for all. The communication with Itrips was quick and easy. Remarkable Getaway

I was impressed from the moment we pulled into the driveway. The house was beautifully decorated and exactly as described. Only flaw was that the dryer didn’t work for the entire time we were there, and a great deal of time was spent at the laundromat. Traveling with 4 kids made laundry facilities a plus for me, and not having that when we arrived after a 6 hour flight and overnight stay in a hotel in Portland, was disappointing.

Family vacation

Very enjoyable stay! The house was great. My son was a huge fan of the pool. The park across the street was wonderful to play games. The only complaint I have is the hot tub is to hot! Even set at 102 with the lid on it would reach 110. We would have to take the lid off for an hour before we could enter. Other than that small detail

Beautiful & Welcoming

You have customer service down like no other. You communicate every step of the way, answering all questions without me asking. Your home is nicely decorated making it feel like home and the neighborhood was a very nice & beautiful, day and night. A short walk to the beach was nice. There was more than enough room for my family and I to have a wonderful time. And the welcoming bottle of wine was fantastic! Thank you! We will definitely stay here again.

Olivia Beach Vacation Stay March 14-19, 2025

We have utilized VRBO to stay at many locations in various states, iTrip property management has been one of the best we’ve experienced with communication, easy access to rules and property details and not a huge list of checkout to do’s. Which was very nice! The home was clean, great layout, plenty of room for the eight of us who stayed on the property. The kitchen was stocked with tons of Cook-wear, dishes and utensils. BBQ had two propane tanks for all the grilling you could do! The hot tub was clean and well maintained. Beautiful neighborhood, well taken care of. Short walk to the beach, with a set of safe stairs to walk down. The only slight issue we encountered which was not a huge deal was the living room TV wouldn’t connect to the internet so at night when we wanted to wind down and watch a family move we had to utilize our phone hot spot to make it work. The network that’s listed in the guest book is not selectable on that TV. Seemed to work in some of the rooms, but not the main level. We would definitely stay at this property again. We had a great time! 10/10 for sure.

We have due yearly trips to Oregon for family vacations and this home and area is one of our new favorites! The house was so cozy and comfortable and clean, speaking to the property manager was so easy and response times were very quick! Check in and out we’re both super easy and seamless. They even left a nice little gift for our arrival which was a super thoughtful touch! Would love to stay again!
