Beachfront home in quiet Roads End Neighborhood. This Romantic Cape Code home has private stairs to the beach. Large windows & decks for your enjoyment of surf & sand views or spectacular sunsets. Gourmet kitchen with new oven/ range faces oceanfront. Wifi. Cable includes ESPN! Your escape opens to slated entries with marble floors and light, open, airy rooms with vaulted ceilings that opens to a large deck leading to private beach stairs! Melt in the comfy furnishings while watching the big screen TV! Large master bedroom with 4 post bed, JETTED TUB for 2, private deck and entertainment system! Cozy fireplace in Master bedroom. Truly a master bedroom! Also a 2nd roomy queen bedroom with full bath. Completely furnished with linens and towels, as well as a starter kit of paper products.
4 guests max including stop by visitors.
Please avoid leaving a single night gap during Spring Break, July & August.

Wowzer what a view

My wife and I with close friends needed a getaway, what we got was so much more, the view us fabulous, the accommodations couldn’t have been better. Quiet peaceful yet exciting watching the surf in the reflection of the sunset. Close to town but closer to the beach.

Great Location

The best part of this house is the location. You can’t beat the views and the quiet neighborhood. It was perfect to sit out on the deck and watch and listen to the ocean and then go down whenever you wanted.

Property was very clean and very helpful property management. Wonderful amount of blankets and deck furniture was very comfortable. Great beach access!! Only recommendation for improvement, master bath toilet was extremely low flushing power and ran a long time refilling.

Location location location

Moonbreaker is beautifully updated (the shower is dreamy). The location is perfect (right on beach, close to grocery/dining). The house is so well insulated that it's toasty warm even on the warmest days, which made it a little tough to sleep, but a fan will cure that. This property is lovely and I will be back!!

My new favorite place

This place has moved directly to the top of my list for "places to stay" on the coast. The location can't be beat...the ocean is your backyard. The house itself was very clean and so comfortable. The kitchen is extremely well stocked; much more than normal for a rental. Absolutely loved it and can't wait to go back! Highly recommend this location!

Great Place

Location was awesome, so nice to be able to just walk down the steps to the beach, nice clean , great views from the large windows, cant wait to come back again next year . This was a retreat for my daughter and I and we have decided to make it an annual event! the only thing that was a bit challenging was the very bottom of the stairs down to the beach the last part was hard to navigate.

Beautiful seaside rental

This house is in busy Lincoln City, Or, but it is away from downtown and quiet. Beautiful beach for walking, but cannot reach it from house due to drop off at the end of steps. Well equipped, comfortable beds, warm and cozy. Loved the deck and picture windows for ocean watching. Needs a gas BBQ. Overall a great place to stay on the beach.

Beautiful spot on the ocean

Clean, cozy, well furnished home with big windows and beautiful views of the ocean. Lovely deck and patio with firepit. Some reviews complain about the steps down to beach - the stairs are a bit narrow but solid and the last step in the seawall is solid, just tall. A little higher than my knees.

Just spectacular!

Can’t get any closer to the water without getting wet! Lovely, welcoming and views from every room! Housekeeping could have been a lot better. Sticky surfaces, bedding that felt unwashed, floors dirty. All that aside, we enjoyed our weekend because of this spectacular home.

On the Beach

The setting is beautiful, and the window was left open each night to listen to the ocean waves, which resulted in good sleep quality. This beach is very walkable, which we did often. We saw a whale blow one day, and deer fed along the back deck. I would suggest that directions be left on how to operate the televisions, or at least label the multiple remotes. Also, I would suggest providing two keys instead of just one. However, these minor issues did not detract from the great ocean experience, and I would recommend this unit to others.
