Big Ocean views & covered hot tub on a quiet road overlooking the vast Pacific Ocean. Although in town , this home has a very private feel. There are 3 Queen Beds and 4 twin beds. Lower level with big ocean views has fully stocked kitchen and opens to private patio with hot tub, picnic table, porch swing & yard with new firepit. All overlooking the ocean! Living room has huge picture windows, floor to ceiling river rock fireplace, open beams , vaulted ceiling & Big Screen Tv with hardwood floors throughout. Great spot for surf & sand views, sunsets or Whale watching. There is an additional wrap around upper deck . Perfect for lounging on wooden Adirondack chairs while watching the surf roll in. Completely furnished with linens and towels.
Max 10 guests (including day visitors) and 3 parking spots.
Please, No single night gaps during Spring Break, July & August.

One issue with the hot tub that was very quickly remedied Perfect for our family of 5 The view to the ocean was fantastic and very short walk to the beach . Great kitchen and dining areas with extra space to spare

Great House

Beautiful little house with lots of charm. Gorgeous views and comfy beds. Be careful of the stairs if you have littles, note that the kitchen is on the bottom floor and living room is on the top. A little awkward but nothing you can’t deal with for a weekend away. Overall a great little gem on the beach!!

Oregon vacation

Definitely an old charm to this place. Did not realize it was two stories from the photos but absolutely beautiful views from both. It’s a short walk down to the beach although we didn’t venture because we had plans for the days staying and it was quite chilly as expected. Also a home under construction at the split of the road and as advised the street address Was a bit confusing. Overall we enjoyed the stay!

Overall nice place to stay

We had a fun relaxing stay. The proximity to the beach is awesome, the hot tub a nice way to relax and warm up after spending the day in the typical Oregon coast weather. The only complaint we had was that the only working shower was in the laundry room. All in all a very nice place for a getaway.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I can't express enough great things Bout this home. We loved the split levels for the teenage boys to have their own area and boy the views. I will not only rent this property for our mother/daughter trip but will be looking at A-1 first for all future trips.
