    Here in the Nelscott neighborhood, you'll have beach access just a short walk down the road and down a set of stairs. The cinema is right across the highway in case you feel like catching a matinee.



    Situated on the lower level of Sandstone Point, this studio has a typical combined living and sleeping area, a bathroom, and a balcony with ocean views. The coffee bar space has a mini-fridge, a coffee maker, and a microwave, as well as a table for two. There's also a shared patio with picnic tables if you feel like dining outside.



    Enjoy a flatscreen cable TV and complimentary WiFi. The bed is king-size, and there's also a sofabed, allowing up to four guests to sleep comfortably. Dogs are permitted in the rental for a small nighty fee.

It was a good size room, it had 2 sources of heat which is good because i wad there Jan 1. The bed was huge. I feel like it was not clean. The sheets had dog hair and human hair on them. The floor was sticky. The bath tub looked great until i turned on the lights. You can see black stuff around the jets and more human hair. Its like they clean just enough to pass...Its an older building and it is quite loud. Over all it was ok for the price i paid. It had a view of the ocean, but i didnt want to be on the balcony because all of the balconies are connected and not private at all. It was ok though.
